Great location with everything you need and more. Laundry and vacum was a nice bonus. 10 minute walk to the waterfront and queen street. A little confusing when you first arrive as we parked the car and assumed apartment was in the same building. Quickly sorted and we were in the apartment within a short time.

Enjoyed our stay! Lots of food places nearby, and a quick walk to Queen and High streets which are great for shopping, and the art museum as well. Like three minutes from the Skytower and its bus terminal, very convenient for e.g. airport shuttles, and a couple of our activity/tour pickups were there too. Absolutely a prime spot for that. Snug and pleasant inside, very good for our needs. Hosts answered questions promptly whenever I had them though I feel like a folder or printout with some stuff like checkout instructions and operating the appliances would not go amiss just in case of losing phone access or something. You have to pick up the keys at a convenience store a couple of streets away in order to get into the building, keep that in mind if arriving late with large/many bags and/or during a season where it gets dark early. Aside from that, actually getting the keys and getting in was simple and smooth. Would stay there again!

Everything is good and as advertised and the only i would like to suggest is you have change bedsheets and towels regularly or you have to provide extra bedsheets and towels so we can replace by there own.other then that everything is excellent.i ll give you 5 out of 5

Excellent accommodation. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen allowed us to prepare some meals. Complimentary milk, tea, coffee and chocolates were very much appreciated. Bed linen and towels very fresh, clean and high quality.

The apartment was in a fabulous location. The little balcony was very much appreciated as it allowed us to get some fresh air into the apartment and was lovely to sit on and watch the city below. The reason I never gave it 5 stars is that we found the needs way to form for us and the pillows way to thick to be off use. It would be nice since it is a two bedroom apartment to have a softer bed and get rid of 1/2 the pillows and provide a couple thin ones.
