Gleneagles is approximately 8 minutes away by car, making the property a convenient base for golf on its championship courses, spa days, dining, weddings & events. The Ochil Hills & surrounding Perthshire countryside offer scenic walks on the doorstep, while Perth & Stirling, with its historic castle, are both within easy reach for days out.

Whether you`re visiting for golf, a wedding, a family break or simply to explore Perthshire, Auchterarder is a relaxed & welcoming place to stay.

By car: The easiest way to explore the area is by car, with free on-street parking directly outside the property. The A9 is just a few minutes away, giving quick access to Crieff (approximately 20 minutes), Perth (approximately 25 minutes) & Stirling (approximately 30 minutes). Gleneagles is approximately 8 minutes by car.

On foot: Auchterarder High Street is around a 7-minute walk, so shops, cafés & restaurants are easy to reach without the car.

By bus: The nearest bus stop, on Abbey Road, is around a 4-minute walk from the property, with regular services to Perth taking approximately 30 minutes. Please check current timetables before travelling.

By train: The nearest railway station is Gleneagles, approximately 2.3 miles away, with direct services to Perth & Glasgow Queen Street. Journeys from Edinburgh usually involve a change. We recommend pre-booking a local taxi from the station.

Airports: Edinburgh Airport is approximately 55 minutes by car & Glasgow Airport approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on traffic.

To help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe the following house rules:

No Parties or Events

Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted. The apartment is located in a residential area, and we ask guests to be respectful of our neighbours at all times.

Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm, including TV volume and general activity, to avoid disturbing neighbouring properties.

No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property. If smoking outside, please dispose of waste responsibly.

Property Care

Please treat the house with care and report any accidental damage as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly. We kindly ask that the house is left in a reasonable condition at check-out.

Guests

Only the number of guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight in the apartment.
