Renovated, detached 18th-century country house located on a 4-hectare property near the owners' home and two other gîtes. Ground floor: kitchen, living room. Upper floor with sloping ceiling: bedroom 1 (queen-size bed and single bed), bedroom 2 (double bed), shower room/toilet. Wi-Fi. 550 m² private space, terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Shared private space for the gîtes: lap pool (4x15m) open in July/August, terraces, fruit trees. Hiking trails, bike paths, and river fishing are nearby. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €40/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
Additional: Tourist tax, electric heating fee: €10/day (payable on site).

At the stop sign, go straight. At the Y junction, keep left and drive 2.5 km to the hamlet of Brillac: this is the penultimate house on the left (n°95). Coming from the A83, exit n° 8 then as above.
