"Great location. Property was enjoyable. Only issue was the cleaning of reception area during managers reception was poor. Tables were sticky. Gym also had no cleaning products. Overall, I would recommend and enjoyed my stay. "

"The parking in the back is not good. The spaces are tight, especially at night. However, the location, price, and convenience of this hotel overrides the parking situation, and I would highly recommend this hotel for parents of Syracuse students who are visiting their child."

"The property is wrecking of smoke. It is unclean and not well maintained. The room condition was subpar. The bathtub was not clean. There’s a hole in the wall near the tub from water damage. The shower curtain is unclean with build up. I could not see out of the window due to dirt and condensation build up. There was no remote to the tv. The bedsheets wrecked of smoke. "
