Located at the foot of the famous Mont Ventoux and south of the Dentelles, discover our beautiful Provencal house 1km from the center of the village of Aubignan and Beaume of Venice, in the quiet of the countryside and lulled by the gentle sound of cicadas .

With a landscaped garden of over 2000 m², populated by Mediterranean species: almond, fig .... mix with lavender, thyme and rosemary qu'agrémentent still some oleander and a pool area and patio.

A native of the country, we will reserve you a warm welcome and you will benefit from our thorough knowledge of the region, its places and our tips for success a pleasant stay.

Come join us at the village of Aubignan, near the Montventoux and villages of Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Beaumes de Venise, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Gorde, Isles on Sorgue, Pernes les Fontaine, Orange and its ancient theater.

Excellentes conditions de vacances pour notre famille qui se rassemblait au Pichoto. Jeunes et vieux,à l'aise dans cette maison spacieuse climatisee. Piscine très agréable. Tous les équipements sont bien étudiés. Le propriétaire est attentif et sympathique.

Notre séjour à la villa Pichoto

Séjour très agréable dans une maison moderne et pratique pour les vacances. cadre magnifique avec vue sur le mont Ventoux. piscine séparée de la maison et très bien sécurisée pour les enfants ne sachant pas nager. Notre hôte a été très serviable et disponible pendant tout le séjour.Je recommande vivement cette location.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dem schönen Ferienhaus La Pichoto und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (6 & 1,5). Das Haus und das sehr große, grüne Grundstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und es ist alles so wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter Herr Balthazaar war sehr nett und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Location adaptée pour les familles. L’extérieur est parfait. Coin pétanque + jeux d’enfants donnant sur la cuisine d’été spacieuse. Le tout est éclairé pour la nuit. Le coin piscine est clos et sécurisé. Pour l’intérieur, il correspond a la description. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Tout l’équipement nécessaire est présent. La climatisation est un plus. Le tout dans un cadre calme avec une très belle vue. L’hôte est disponible et serviable. Je recommande a 100%

We (10 toer-fiets-vrienden) hebben een prima verblijf (1 week) gehad in het huis. Alleen de houten klapstoelen mogen vervangen worden door makkelijker zittende stoelen. Alle ruimtes en voorzieningen (vooral het zwembad) voldeden aan hun verwachting.

La maison est spacieuse et bien agencée. Les espaces extérieurs sont variés et bien exposés en fonction de la journée. La piscine est sécurisée, avec des transats avec de l'ombre sur un côté. La climatisation a été salvatrice en cet été caniculaire. Enfin, l'accueil du propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible en cas de question tout en étant très discret. Super séjour en famille (8 adultes, 8 enfants dont 2 bébés) !

Ideaal gelegen net vakantiehuis op enkele kilometers van Carpentras. Vakantiehuis zelf is overal voorzien van airco en heeft voldoende ijskasten om bier, frisdrank, voeding koel te houden. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor de Mont Ventoux, bezoek aan Avignon, Splashworld, kayaktocht vanuit Fontaine de Vaucluse, waterwandeling Gorges du Toularenc (dit is echt een leuke aanrader).

Superbe maison

Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires, maison très agréable à vivre avec ses 6 chambres. Les extérieurs sont très sympas avec ses 3 patios indépendants et une superbe piscine avec l’entretien journalier du propriétaire. L’emplacement de la maison est très calme et non loin du village. Je conseille cette location.

La maison, la piscine avec le jardin, l'accueil, le Mont Ventoux et les Dentelles....étaient vraiment comme dans la description sur le website. On a passé une semaine en famille fin Juin et c'était vraiment superbe. Merci ! PS : Je conseille cette location entre amis et aux familles avec enfants en bas âges ou plus grands....

Nous avons passé une semaine en début juin dans cette belle villa. Accueil chaleureux et propriétaires très attentifs. La villa est située dans un quartier calme en campagne, à proximité des villages d’Aubignan et de Beaumes-de-Venise. Avec sa piscine, son aire de jeux pour les enfants et son terrain de boules... Cet endroit est idéal pour des vacances réussies dans cette belle région de la Provence

Superbe séjour

Superbe séjour ! Nous sommes arrivé à 3 couples avec nos enfants dans cette magnifique villa provençale. Nous avons été ravis. Un accueil très chaleureux a parfaitement débuté notre séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la décoration et la disposition de la maison. Les chambres étant éloignées les unes des autres, chaque couple a eu son intimité. La propreté de la villa était irréprochable. Merci encore au propriétaire pour l'entretien journalier de la piscine très tôt le matin et très discrètement. Hormis quelques journées farnientes à la piscine, nous sommes allés faire de l’accrobranche, du canoë, nous nous sommes baladés dans les gorges du Toulourenc ... Sur les conseils des propriétaires nous avons visité Venasque ainsi que tous les magnifiques petits villages du Vaucluse, à voir absolument. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr!

Remarques sur la location "La PICHOTO"

Accueil très administratif du propriétaire, peu chaleureux, pas à l'écoute des besoins et remarques des locataires. Au niveau du gîte, nous apprenons 3 jours avant notre arrivée que le gîte est sans eau potable, et qu'il nous faudra, à nos frais, utiliser des bouteilles d'eau minérale. Au niveau de la terrasse, odeurs nauséabondes selon les vents (fosse sceptique ?). Au niveau de l'équipement cuisine, peu d'ustensiles mis à disposition au vu de la capacité du gîte. Au niveau des sanitaires, manque de confort (absence de support pour les poires de douches, les serviettes, le nécessaire de toilette). Manque flagrant de rangement pour les affaires personnelles. Coté Positif, une très belle piscine, une agréable terrasse, et de grands espaces.
