Domaine de la Corniche

Très contents de nos vacances en Normandie. Logement très bien situé mais, même si Abritel et Interhome ne parle pas trop de la piscine dans la présentation, les photos du village la mettent en avant alors que cette dernière n'est plus en service depuis 2 ou 3 ans. Le préciser serait beaucoup mieux et celà éviterait des déceptions pour certains.

l'ensemble de la résidence est propre, le vrai problème est que l'on réserve grâce à la piscine et elle est fermée; de plus il n'y a aucune indemnité. le clic-clac est très inconfortable et le chauffe eau fait un bruit de sirène de bateau pendant 3 secondes toutes les 30 mn. c'est gênant, surtout la nuit;

Die Wohnung des Reihenhäuschens war frisch gestrichen und absolut sauber und gepflegt, sogar die Holztreppe war abgeschliffen und frisch versiegelt. Es ist einfach aber modern und funktionell ausgestattet. Für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Schade, dass die Küchenzeile gerade mal 1,20m breit ist und somit keinerlei Ablage- oder Arbeitsfläche bietet. Das Schwimmbad war ebenfalls gepflegt, die Wassertemperatur 26 Grad. Alle Angestellten waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Anlage.

Die Wohnung verfügt für 3 Personen über zu wenig Platz in der Küche. Es gibt weder Arbeitsflächen noch genug Stauraum. Da es in der Normandie auch ab und zu mal regnet, wird es eng. Das Schwimmbad war fast so kalt wie das Meer und schließt schon um 19h. Sie Straße vor der Wohnung ist zu befahren, um dort mit kleinen Kinder irgendwohin zu laufen. D.h. man braucht fast immer das Auto. Der Strand in Houlgate ist aber nur 5 Minuten entfernt und traumhaft.

A éviter !!

Nous avons pris cette location principalement pour la piscine qui était annoncée ouverte pour avril. A notre arrivée elle était vide. Nous avons eu différentes versions pour les raisons et nous n'avons jamais été prévenu. Le personnel d'accueil est désagréable et n'accepte pas les questions. Notre appartement était "à peu près" propre mais les parties communes sont peu présentables (déchets qui traine sur les pelouses, dans les haies, matériel et outils qui trainent h24, dangereux pour les enfants ... photos à l'appui qui seront envoyées au SAV. Nous avions un rendez-vous pour l'état des lieux de départ, après 1/2 heure de retard, nous sommes allées voir à l'accueil. La personne nous a dit être seule et ne pas pouvoir faire les états des lieux. Encore une fois personne n'a prévenu et ca n'a pas plus qu'on le dise, d'autant plus que nous n'étions pas la seule famille à attendre. Le seul point positif, c'est le calme. mais nous n'y retournerons pas malgré des prix moins élevés

Uns hat es auch schon im Jahr 2019 gut gefallen und jetzt nach Corona haben wir uns auf die Wunderschöne Natur gefreut und die schönen Strände. In der Anlage waren alle sehr freundlich und nett. Das Mobiliar ist eher einfach und die Wohnung hat uns besser gefallen als das Haus, da wir die Toilette lieber auf der Etage des Schlafzimmers haben. Im Haus war die Toilette unten neben der Küche und die Badewanne oben. Wir werden wieder dort Urlaub machen ,es ist einfach schön.

Bonjour, l'accueil est agréable, concernant le logement celui reste fonctionnel, le "petit" moins l'inventaire ce fait sans liste donc difficile de savoir s'il ne manque rien par rapport à la location précédente. Le "gros" moins la literie !! Le clic clac ne peut pas servir comme lit d'appoint on dirait qu'il n'y a pas matelas même en mode canapé très inconfortable et celui de la chambre idem je pense qu'il a fait son temps.

Bonjour Nous avons passé un bon séjour car le lieu était calme, agréable et propre, bien placé car pas loin de la mer. Il manquait juste un égouttoir pour la vaisselle(non fourni) et un étendoir (en rupture de stock) C'est dommage. Sinon c'était très bien!

Küchenausstattung???

Die Hausaufteilung war schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, Toilette neben der Küche (Esstisch). Zudem stand der Esstisch direkt vor dem Herd. Dadurch war die Bewegungsfreiheit erheblich eingeschränkt. Eine reine Katastrophe war die Küchenausstattung (nur 2 Riesentöpfe), für Frühstückseier etwas beschwerlich. Aber auch alles andere war sehr, sehr spartanisch. Nicht wieder! Auch der WLAN-Anschluß war sehr mangelhaft!
