"We had a room with queen bed in the garden area. The rooms are small, but have everything we needed. The bathroom's door opens to the inside, which gives you no room to squeeze yourself in, because it almost abuts the toilet bowl. There are no towel hooks except on the door. We did not use the pool or outdoor area (winter) but would have wished to be able to get breakfast in the hotel."

"Nice mountain view and good location, but the overall experience was disappointing. There was an issue with our reservation, and the room was much smaller than expected. The listing also did not have enough photos, so it was hard to know exactly what we were booking. Service was mediocre, as the front desk could not do much without manager approval and management was not very helpful. We asked for a slightly later checkout as compensation, but they would only offer it for an extra fee. Be sure to confirm the exact room details and any additional charges before booking."

"If you want to sleep, stay somewhere else. There’s a train that starts at 5:00 am and is super loud, blowing whistle and all. Hotel great location, clean but I wouldn’t go back because of the street noise, trucks people leaving a bar at 3:00 and mostly the because of the train. "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous étions deux familles de quatre personnes et notre beau-père s’est joint à nous pour deux nuits. Le chalet est très spacieux et la cuisine est bien équipée. Tout le monde a très bien dormi.Le bain tourbillon extérieur est un vrai plus, surtout après une journée passée dehors. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement quelques minutes du Mont-Orford. Il est également possible d’accéder aux sentiers de la Sépaq à proximité du chalet (environ 2 km), ce qui est parfait pour les coureurs et les amateurs de plein air.À noter que c’est un chalet rustique. Lors de notre séjour, il y avait un peu de poussière et quelques coccinelles. Cela dit, compte tenu du prix très abordable pour la région, ce sont des détails mineurs qui n’ont en rien affecté notre confort ni notre plaisir pendant le séjour."
