They did not consider my confirmed reservation and I was left with no reservation. No one was picking up the call, there were agents outside Villa which was so weird. "The property is new (started Jan 2025) so everything has the 'fresh' character to it.
We stayed here for 8 nights in Aug 2025, in the middle of rain season so everything around was green..the mountain view from the room was pleasing and aesthetic.
The food was great. The entire staff was great in their "eager to please" service. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and always available to help us on short notice. Will surely visit again and recommend others as well..
