"This hotel makes me happy. Room with balcony, great views of harbour, good buffet breakfast and all day food. Staff are wonderful. Hotel is quiet at night. Well positioned in Yokohama. Have two stays here before and after a cruise. Would come again if in Japan."

"The service was excellent. The check in/out process was rather laborious. Many people are “parked” in the lounge until their turn is up. There was an afternoon ensemble in the lobby, while talented, was very loud- not something I would expect in a spa. The baths were wonderful and beautiful in the evening. Breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious."

It inspires poetry and deep thought. It was my brilliant oasis. Thank you! My only qualms were the food- it was bit underwhelming for the price point; however, the dining view, opulence and careful care from staff made up for it a bit."
