Atrani has a great location- 10 minutes by walking from Amalfi, a hub where you can catch ferries, buses, rent water sports or scooters, enjoy shopping and more, but quieter than Amalfi which was an ideal option for us. Restaurants in Atrani offer authentic, delicious Italian food. The apartment is spacious and clean. There are a few steps to the apartment but we treated that as our daily work out. The property manager was very helpful and always accessible. We really enjoyed our stay

Fantastic. Very clean. Very short walk down the stairs to the main area of Atrani. Francesco was the best host ever. Super attentive and helped us make plans. Would come to the apartment if needed. Fantastic all around. Only complaint is mattress was very tough. Would stay here again in an instant.

Wonderful stay

Francesco was super helpful in meeting with us and helping with luggage. His apartment was just as described and he was always available to help with any questions about the apartment and Atrani. We enjoyed the quiet of this charming town over the bustle of Amalfi. Yet it was easily walkable to access all the buses and ferries of Amalfi.

Great place to stay. Atrani was much more later back compared to the other cities be visited. Great town square with extremely nice people working at the cafes and shops. Listing was as described and Francesco did great at meeting us to check in.

Francesco was a fantastic host. He met us at a restaurant near the property and took us over and showed us around. He answered many questions about the local area and gave us advice about where to eat and other local recommendations. The house was quite big and was a little drafty and go cold at night even with the heaters. But other than that a fantastic place in an ideal location.

Great apartment in the heart of Atrani

The apartment is a short 10-15 minute walk to Amalfi. Our host Francesco was great! There are 60 steps to climb up to the apartment and Francesco helped carry our luggage. The apt was very clean and spacious near local restaurants.

Great location

The location of this apartment is great. Atrani is quieter than Amalfi, yet still close. There were stairs, but not too many and Francesco helped us with our luggage. Francesco was friendly and responsive. The view from the balcony was beautiful (I think even better than a water view, it was a lovely view of the town and mountain). The apartment was clean. The wifi worked adequately. A few extra details (e.g., mattress toppers, somewhere to comfortably sit, a wider variety of cookware) would have made it a bit more comfortable and homey, but honestly, we spent most of our time outside, so not a big deal.

A gem in the heart of Atrani!

My family loved the location. We had a great time exploring the Amalfi coast and look forward to returning. We are excited to hear that Francesco will be updating the property for next year as that would make the place even better. Francesco was a great host!

Plus: Francesco is a nice guy. Carried one of our bags. Apartment was kind of clean, but cobwebs. A good restaurant recommendation in Le Palme. Minus: weird check in / out process - had to meet him instead of a cypher lock. A very poor bed (hard) and no mattress topper, even after asking. We made do by grabbing twin bed mattresses (cigarette holes, tears) and putting on top, but still below average. Francesco only uses WhatsApp - we called when we came to check in but he did not pick up. Collected room taxes ahead of time, which seemed odd, but after we were there 1 night it may have been in the event we left after that. Needed shampoo and paper towels. No couch. Two extra single beds (see above). Pretty spartan.

Fabulous town and stay

The host Francesco was so friendly and carried my heavy suitcase up all the stairs which was so helpful! We loved the town, so convenient, short walk to Amalfi. Loved the cute cafe down on the waterfront and the beach is so nice. The accommodation is very spacious and quiet. The only thing that could have been better is the wifi. But ok close to the window. We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect Location

The place is located in a perfect spot for visiting Amalfi Coast. It's 10-12 minute to Amalfi and public transportation. The communication with the manager was great. He met us at a location and helped with our luggage. Atrani is a beautiful little town.

Atrani Rental

Our stay in Atrani was amazing, the rental unit is right in the Atrani central zone, and located super close to nearby Amalfi. Francesco was very responsive and friendly and we’d frequently run into him on the streets of Atrani. He was also very helpful with giving us tips for the Amalfi Coast area in general (restaurants, where to rent scooters, etc.) would highly recommend this rental.

The place to stay........

We could not fault our stay in Atrani - we are really happy we stayed there - quiet but close to all amenities. Francesco was very helpful with any queries we had re the property and getting around the Amalfi coast. The apartment was well located and sufficient for our needs - it was great to have a washing machine! It was clean and not far to get to the Piazza - ie not too many stairs. We highly recommend in staying in Atrani and staying at Francesco's apartment.

Nice place, friendly and helpful host

We had a great stay at Francesco’s place. He is very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and had all cooking appliances and utensils available. The two air conditioners were great at keeping the place cool. We liked Atrani better than Amalfi. Only thing is that we found the clothes washer difficult to use, looked like the handle had previously been damaged. Francesco was helpful with this. He is a very nice man and helped carry my luggage up the stairs.

A very nice stay in a beautiful town.

We loved our stay. Francesco was very prompt with communication. He helped us with our suitcases (there are many steps to go up to the apartment) and answered any questions we had. Cellular connection is not very good in and near the apartment (so is the wifi), but it was not a big problem for us, because we spent most of our time outside. Atrani is so beautiful and relaxing! You can swim right outside of the apartment, dine in one of the restaurants downstairs at the piazza or walk 10 min to Amalfi. If you come by train to Salerno, i would recommend taking a ferry to Amalfi instead of a bus. The bus was crowded and the drive was long and unpleasant. The ferry on our way back was lovely.

Wonderful getaway!

We were very pleased with our stay here in Atrani. After spending our days exploring the area it was fantastic to return to our quiet, spacious suite. Francesco was very attentive and easy to communicate with. He helped provide an extra cushion for us but the suite does not come with beach towels despite being so close to the beautiful beach. Comfort of the suite could easily be rated higher by us by improving the quality of the towels, blankets and including the futon mattress so we had something comfortable to sit on. As well, its time for a new mattress on the bed! These small improvements would make this a 5 star stay!
