"Place was great for a traditional Japanese experience. Some instructions in English for when to wear the shoes and robes, and how to put the beds together would be helpful."

"We love the Nagasaki Hotel Forza. Our bed was comfortable and they finally have Wifi available in every room. It's located in a shopping mall and Nagasaki is an easy place to walk in. There's a lovely pastry shop right across from the hotel as well as a few located very close to it. It's an easy street car right from Nagasaki Station. You can also take street cars to the Atomic Bomb Museum and to Glover Gardens. Cafe Hirai, our favorite breakfast place, is an easy walk away from the hotel. "
"We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The staff didn't interact with us other than at check in. In all, its a convenient basic hotel in a large mall near the train station. "
"The daily basic housekeeping was good, with eco-friendly initiatives in mind. The staff were friendly, and with the new self-service check-in and our system it was pretty easy. However, apart from housekeeping I didn't really have much interactions with the frontdesk staff.
There's a self-service luggage system as well with locks so if you want to leave luggage in the hotel pre-checkin or at check-out, you can do so.

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed out. The charm of the building & decor, the spacious room, the lovely staff. Only complaint is the super hard beds - resulting in minimal sleep and now ongoing back problems. "
