"Parking was not well explained and we ended up parking in the wrong area (P5) and had to go move our vehicle and come back in, then the card they gave us didn’t work to park in P1 so we had to park in P2, go back in do it again and get a new card.
I called on the phone peor to arriving to ask about parking. I was told to park and then go in to check-in. Knowing what I know now, that made no sense as we needed the card to park where we were suppose to and be close to the actual hotel entrance. Wasted an hour+ of our time figuring this out not to mention using to continue circling the block to exit and get back in on a really bus day with a lot of traffic and pedestrians.
That part didn’t feel like a great guest experience.
Also, the milk and cream in our hotel room were curdled and unusable so no coffee for us when we woke up- we ended up leaving earlier than planned just to to go find good coffee etc. in order to start the day. "
