"I wanted to try the classic FISH & CHIPS and made a reservation for 12/13 @ 12pm for Gordon Ramsay’s Pub. I specifically asked if FISH & CHIPS would be available. I arrived at 12pm and before seating I asked the Hostess about the FISH & CHIPS. The Hostess confirmed that would be available. I was at my table and ordered the FISH & CHIPS. The waiter said that dish was not available. So I was disappointed and confused.. So, no fish and chips for me that day…. Your staff need to get their information right."
