"I love the redesign of the rooms however the towels and washcloths weren't cleaned properly due to hair being on them but my overall stay was very peaceful"

"First check in person made feel like intruding and bothering her. Don't expect rainbows and unicorns just courtesy. Then charged 30$ for 2hour early check in. Which had to do since no bellman or place to store luggage. Then informed no housekeeping during my 2 night stay. If wanted clean towels had to come get them. And were only 2 towels in room. Still trying to figure out what my 30$ a day resort fee got me. On plus side room was spacious and nice view. Will not stay here again."
