"Their overall service was terrible. After told I had a double bed room had to pay when got to the property for an upgrade( money not planned to spend). So that in it self was a money grab on their part. Couldn’t get a bottle of water unless I was at a machine playing had to have a certain amount played in order to get that and it took 45 mins to receive by then which forced you to stay at one machine waiting, waitress was rude, wanted to get shuttle service to their other properties again was told I needed to have played and earned so many pts to ride, this was a free shuttle so why should I have to play at the hotel before going elsewhere. The thing is I thought I was maybe being a little harsh but after hearing other people when in the elevator complaining and saying things I experienced I was like ok so it wasn’t just me. Oh and they told us they were putting us in a newly renovated rooms was a joke. Anyway, I will NEVER stay at this property again!!!! "
