All the restaurants located in the hotel were closed. Ut they had photos of the restaurants in the hotel as if they were open. I didn’t like how far the parking garage was and it was hardly any Staff. I will never stay there again.

The elevator situation has to improve. I completely understand that this is a historic hotel but waiting 15 plus minutes for an elevator is completely unacceptable. For this reason I probably will not stay here again.
