"We love the Hard Rock and go often. This time a special thing happened. My husband lost his car fob and didn’t discover it until we were in the garage after our 2 night stay. We were frantic. We live in NY and didn’t have another Jeep key with us. He searched the room again with no luck and then reported it to security. They promptly called the lost and found and it was found!! We had been to many restaurants within the hotel as well as the casino and luckily it was turned in. The key was brought down to my very grateful husband and all is well! Thank you Hard Rock for your professionalism in handling this as well as everything else that you are superior in. "
