This is BEACH PASS, a Margate City house boasting 3 inviting bedrooms with a mix of a queen, full, and twin beds just one block from the Atlantic Ocean. The cozy space includes heating, WiFi, a hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, AC, and an iron. Hardwood floors are throughout the house. The first floor is an open concept, yet contains numerous seating areas, where guests can relax and unwind. An elevated porch provides an outdoor oasis overlooking Atlantic Avenue, facing east, perfect for people watching, morning coffee, reading a book, or conversing over a meal.
