You'll find 2 bathrooms with showers & tub. Enjoy being in the heart of OCNJ! walking distance to the shops on Asbury. Take advantage of amenities like large pool, bbq grills, elevator, parking, heating, AC, WiFi, Comcast cable, game room, community/ party room and a fitness room. Our place is equipped for long stays to make your extended holiday fun and easy! This is a monthly rental minimum (per HOA) and is available for off season rentals at an off season rate.
