The Penthouse was great for our recent trip to Atlantic Beach. The proximity to the beach was perfect for our group. The Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would ever need at home, let alone a vacation rental. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, and a massive spice drawer for all our cooking needs. The house was incredibly clean upon check-in and even had several welcome snacks! We felt at home the moment we walked in.The space is well laid out for a group to be able to spread out and still feel connected. The decks offered incredible views down the beach to Emerald Isle and Cape Lookout on clear days. The elevator was very helpful in getting our luggage and supplies up to the space.Naomi and Regina are great hosts and were very attentive to our questions. We had a little hiccup during our stay, but they were attentive and worked with us to find solutions in a timely manner. Hats off to them for their hard work!We will definitely consider the Penthouse for a future stay!

The penthouse is a great place for a family to stay at the beach. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and very clean. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of dishes, glasses , silverware, pots and pans and appliances. Our host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My family and I highly recommend this home with beach views.

The penthouse is a wonderful property that offers a specious and relaxing environment. While not officially ‘oceanfront’ you get excellent ocean views and direct and easy access. This property is very well stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware..and a spice drawer that rivals anything at home! We loved the spacious living and dining areas..perfect for our group. Plus, Naomi was great with communication and a very welcoming host! It was a fabulous week. We look forward to returning next year!

This was truly a 5 star property. The host was fantastic! She was very quick to respond with any questions. Although not directly ocean front, the ocean view was great and it was a very close walk to the beach. I have stayed in ocean front condos on Atlantic Beach that had a further walk to the beach, so this was great. The penthouse was very spacious as pictured in the listing, and full of useful items from beach towels to kitchen ware. The kitchen was fully stocked with so many dishes, silver wear, pots and pans, and everything you needed to eat in. It had an extra refrigerator in the laundry room which was nice. The colors and decor made the penthouse feel calm and peaceful. The elevator was great for my husband who has bad knees. We enjoyed our evenings sitting on the deck which had plenty of seating. The beds were really comfortable and the kids loved the bonus area of the loft. This truly is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. And again, I truly appreciated the attentiveness of our host Naomi. You won't be disappointed if you stay here! It's wonderful!
