I loved the art work. Perfect space and use of. Easy walk across the street and on the beach! Great fishing at the marina. Friendly home owners and guest at location. Quiet, minus the two teenagers that decided to run around knocking and running. Funny to watch from dock, but surely didn't make other guests happy at midnight.

50th Anniversary fishing trip

Pleased with our stay. Place was in excellent condition have stayed in another unit once before and just love the area. All the other occupants were very friendly. Wesley is a wonderful person to have as groundkeeper.

Great for a quick stay

Property is as shown in the pictures. Very nicely decorated and kitchen is well stocked. The room faces the pool so you can't really leave the blinds open while you're in the room. Great room though, and convenient to the beach.

Very nice updated room with all amenities. Would recommend oiling/greasing the keyless lock pad. Was very difficult to get open. Otherwise great!!

25th Anniversary Getaway

Beautiful location for a getaway. The unit was as described and perfect for beach access and lagoon access. We had plenty of room and just the right amenities that you really just needed your beach attire and food. We grilled out (challengingly with the wind) and ate in every meal. The kitchen set up had just what we needed to prepare meals. The pool was literally out the door. The community was quiet and peaceful. I mean I could go on and on. The host was easy to communicate with and everything was ready and welcoming when we arrived. Looking forward to another visit and stay here...

Attractive modern space

The room was pretty much exactly as described. The bed was a Queen and slept two. There was a futon that was very easy to set up and a cot disguised as an ottoman. My teenagers sleep on these. Even with a terrible back I was able to set up the futon easily. The bed was really soft which I am not accustomed to. I woke up every night at 3 am in pain and unable to sleep. This may not be the case for others with normal backs but having chronic low back pain, it wasn’t fabulous for me. The TV had lots of channel’s and streaming ability. There was no oven but there was a tiny stove top and microwave. The unit is in the middle of the complex in the bottom floor. The bathroom wasn’t super clean and there was no hand soap. I wasn’t fully convinced it had been sanitized before us but the shower was great and there were clean towels and wash rags. The instructions for check out weren’t clear. They read to leave the room as we found it which we did with the exception of the beds. We pulled off the bed sheet’s and folded the comforters - even though it didn’t say to do this. I wasn’t sure what to. If linens are washed, why put them back? If the bathroom had been super clean I probably wouldn’t have questioned this. The beds appeared as if they had fresh linens when we arrived. If the bed hadn’t affected my back so terribly I would definitely stay in this suit again. It was very modern and without a ton space taking decor which was nice. Thanks

Had a great stay here. The room had great accommodations and was well stocked. Only suggestion is to add curtains of some kind to block out light. My 5 year old got a lot of laughs from the wall art. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect seaside retreat

We loved your stay. This space was perfect for a few nights for us. Cute, updated unit that fits two with no problem. We were right across from the public beach access, which was just what we had hoped for! The bed was very comfy, I thought the shower was adorable and the property manager/ host were very kind. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.
