The property was well taken care of. The only issue was during breakfast time, not enough staff to take care of the influx of people staying at the hotel due to the game in town

There was some miscommunication with staff. My 1st nigjt there, they did have lids fir the coffee or creamer for the coffee. The person at the desk said they ran out of it. However, the very next receptionist had all the item stocked. Their pancakes were ok. Their waffles were better. Its also a lot of kids.

We had a great stay and had a great customer service experience! I really want to shout out your front desk staff who were more than helpful- Anicia was awesome and made our stay more than worth while! She had a great attitude and great customer service!

Checking in was very pleasant and the staff was very polite and knew the area well. The breakfast was powdered eggs that were not good and some fake breakfast sausage that was not very tasty.

There were guests next door who were smoking marijuana the whole night and fighting, yelling and screaming. I have not been contacted and have sent numerous messages to the Tru hotel and no one will return my call or email.

We only stayed here for 1 night and it was great. Staff at front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was great and exactly what we needed to get our day started. Would come back here again. We stayed with 2 pets and it was very accommodative.

Rooms were a great size, reception was so kind and sweet, was nice that they had an indoor pool and in the lobby an area for kids of all ages to play!!! Great for families with kids to keep them entertained no matter what time of day!!!! Beds were comfortable and rooms had just enough space!!!!! Liked that there were also no stains in shower!! 10/10 would definitely be my hotel of choice if I were to ever visit Atlanta again!!!!!!

We got there an hour early, our room was ready but they wanted to charge us additional $25 for an hour. No thanks. Not happy. I mean if was 2-3 hrs early maybe, but not an hour.

Hair in the bed, on top of the comforter, under the first sheet and on the pillows. All kinds of body hair. When we asked for new sheets they claimed they didnt know where house cleaning kept the sheets.
