7800 sf Executive Home in Alpharetta. A quiet, relaxing retreat with 16 acres of pasture and pond. Perfect for groups, family reunions, weddings. Event fee may apply. Within 30 minutes of downtown Atlanta and Lake Lanier. Within 10 minutes of Avalon and local parks. I live just down the road so I am available for check-in and any assistance you may need. I will meet you upon check-in with instructions on how to get in and out of the house, and to provide a tour if requested.
