Welcome to "the Honeybee." A Cozy Private Home just 8 miles north of downtown Atlanta in Marietta, GA. 5 interstate miles from TRUIST PARK Stadium! (8-10 min!) Close to both KSU Campuses, Life University, Marietta Square, & direct route to airport. Professionally designed with full kitchen & table/bar seating for 9-10, 2 full baths, Laundry washer, dryer, tankless water, living room, office, screen porch, firepit, carport & driveway parking. Everything you need for family or business travel!

The space

This 1950's home was originally built as military housing. The quiet neighborhood is well-maintained & still has the charm of an older home. It is remarkably cozy & equipped for Business Travel, Couples, Families & Friends. Quaint space, but plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen & Living room, and outside gathering space in the screened patio. Couples & Singles, this place is just the right size for you, even though it can sleep more. 4 people can also sleep very easily. The home can accommodate up to 6. Please message if you have more guests beyond that as we do have an air mattress and couch, if needed.
2 miles from Marietta Square. Minutes from Roswell, GA. 5 miles from SunTrust park. 2 miles from Six Flags White Water. close to both Kennesaw State University Campuses and Life University. 1/2 mile from i75. 8 miles from Atlanta. Very close Lyft/Uber to the Airport. 2 miles from our famous "Big Chicken" landmark!

Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup.
Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup.
The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.

Beeutiful!

The Honeybee House did not disappoint! Cute house on quiet street close to Atlanta. It was just what we were looking for. Although it was only for one night, we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The theme was carried out throughout the house which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again!

Attending family wedding

We chose the property as it was near the three wedding venues. And was easy 10-15min drive to each. The houses back yard and nearby park were perfect for our two yr old granddaughter to burn off energy.

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful experience with The Honeybee House. Beautiful decorated place, so cozy and welcoming. Loved the screened in back porch. Neighborhood was quite and we felt very safe there.

The home was beautiful and we enjoyed our time there! The screened in back porch was a nice place to drink our coffee in the morning and the fire pit was nice at night. I also love the kitchen! The hostess was amazing as well and had great communication!

So Charming!

The home was conveniently located just slightly north of Atlanta in a quiet suburb. The pictures are very accurate. It’s so charming and cozy! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen was very well stocked and the stay was all around pleasant.

Marietta Stay

Stayed for a quick weekend visiting with friends! Great location near lots of fun things! Splash pad for kids at Elizabeth Porter Park was wonderful—house location was around 5-7 mins drive from here. We also enjoyed downtown Marietta which is just as close. Very clean with all the things we needed for our stay and more! Quick check in with easy communication with the host!

Great Stop

We stayed just for a night while going to a Braves game. It was perfect for what we needed. Check-in was a little hectic with my app not receiving messages from the owner but she was quick to respond and get us set up with ease. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

We chose to stay here just overnight for a concert and we’re so happy we did. The house was clean and beautifully redone. The host communicated with me multiple times during the check in process. We plan to return for a long weekend and hope this rental is available!

Nice house with multiple step entry

This is a very nice home. Comfortable furnishings and very clean. If you have issues with steps don’t stay here. Convenient location to lots of activities. My family really enjoyed staying here.

Nice place to stay

We had come to stay at the honey bee with friends for the P3 summit. Very comfortable place to stay, close to many different areas of Atlanta. The place is very clean and nice. Did not get our code to enter until we reached out. There was some water roaches on the inside of the house in the evening.

Cozy home in a great location

Fantastic home! Location is convenient to Marietta Square, dining and other activities. This is in a quiet neighborhood with a large back yard, bee-utiful screened in porch allows you to enjoy the outdoors without getting bit up by mosquitoes. The host was lovely as well, checking in with us to make sure everything was going well. The owners put a lot of thought into the small touches as far as amenities. Would love to book again!

Very comfortable lodging

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Honeybee House and would love to return again. Great communication with the host. Comfortable rooms, beds, nice-sized kitchen and living space. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch - ate many of our meals out there. My only disappointment was that some of the amenities listed were not actually available to us. We would have used the pack n play for our toddler and the dvd player to play a kids dvd, but the bed was not at this property and the dvd player had been replaced with the Roku. A little disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Still a great place to stay with a family.

Cozy, Comfy, Warm and Inviting

We very much enjoyed our stay celebrating my first granddaughter’s first birthday! Honeybee was only 10 minutes from their neighborhood. The house was spacious but so cozy. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Will definitely stay again. Can’t wait to see it in the Spring.

Very well placed near interstate for convenient transit around the area. Very cute home with modern decor. Large walk in shower master bath. Bathtub in second bath. Comfortable living area with nice kitchen. Open floor plan.

Great little house!

House is very nicely remodeled and has tons of charm. Everything works as it should. Very clean. Floor plan is a little weird, but it is an older home. Nicely decorated and themed! Very nice screened-in porch and shady backyard. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Location was right near the interstate and the parkway so you can jump on the road and get going. Would certainly stay here again.

Amazing Stay

Great experience in every aspect. To start, communication with the property owner was good. She responded quickly and was attentive to everything needed. Secondly, the area was nice. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. And lastly, the property itself is great. The backyard is fenced in nicely to provide privacy. The screened in back porch area was nice in the hot weather. And not enough good things can be said about the interior. It was a great space that I wouldnt hesitate to book again.

Cute spot with some notes!

Overall is this a cute house in a convenient location! While the proximity to the highway is great for going to attractions-there is a decent amount of traffic noise at the house. The biggest thing to note-as seen in other reviews is that this is not a true 3BR. Two of the rooms are connected by a sliding barn door. The house is decorated in a vintage/antique style-thus some of the beds are squeaky and not the most comfy! We were traveling with kids and enjoyed that there was a park walkable from the house. The “play equipment” in the backyard is not very playable. As long as the room configuration works for your group-would recommend!

Great location

This was a cozy home that had everything we needed to come and go for our weekend wedding events. The outdoor covered patio was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
