I booked a king bed with the bathtub. They did not have that available, so the manager gave me two breakfast vouchers. That was a nice gesture.
The parking and valet situation was the most frustrating. I don’t know what’s going on with construction or parking, but it took a long time for the one employee to take care of multiple guests. The yellow ticket that they give you says “$50 for overnight parking“ and then they verbally tell you it’s $55. Not a big deal, but they should update their tickets.
The coffee maker in the room is not compatible with the coffee they gave us. Machine required pods, we got ground coffee, packets, and no filters.(the server at breakfast, said “people be telling me the craziest things about their coffee makers in their rooms”) Coffee was out in the lobby when I wanted my morning cup, but I couldn’t get in my room.
