All the accommodations of home for a fair price. Only complaint is the 3 cockroaches I saw .. but they did come to spray insecticide and haven’t seen them since.

Dedinetly sub par bed is small and lumpy blankets are thin hole in blanket heat did not work in room 207 there were roaches things are falling apart. Just not a good stay at all will never happen again Definetly do.not recommend.

Horrible. The place is clearly home to people who can't afford to live anywhere else. It is essentially a neighborhood with people constantly outdoors talking loud with children. I had to listen to the upstairs resident stomping until 2 in the morning. Avoid this place at all costs if you are not desperate. The positive reviews are all garbage and lies.

Pulled up for check in and nobody in the office , called no answer , 10 minutes later , someone walks in the office and says she saw us go in and out (but still let us wait) . Room was dirty , had roaches , weird smell . Never again

After I made reservation for March 25, the hotel (Studio 6 at 3525 Breckenridge Rd Duluth GA) called and said they could not rent us a room due to a DNR (do not rent) on my name that I was unaware of. When I asked her for details concerning it or identification information about the person with my name and for contact info for who I needed to call regarding it she said NO and that she still could not let us stay. We had to go and pay for another hotel room to stay at being we were over 4 hours away from home. When I checked my bank account following day no refund was issued and when we contacted Hotels.com (being that was the website/company I reserved the room through)we were told that if we cancelled or changed that booking it was non refundable but we didn't do either one. The hotel (Studio 6) did it and then refused to give us our money back. So needless to say I am NOT happy. We did file a police report being we didn't break the policy and the actual person that the DNR was supposed to be on wasn't even me.

sooooo the room smelled weird the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet there was a burn mark on the toilet the shower was unpleasant to look at i did not take a shower. there was a couple fighting next door all night. i will not book this room ever again. did not look like the pictures.

It took a hour to check in because nobody was in the office then when she came she let me know after checking in that somebody was getting robbed and my room was directly infront of everything the police was everywhere the stove nibs where broke it was a struggle room

I drove 12 hours to see my Mom who passed away on 6-4-22. The bed spread on my bed was stained beyond belief. Whoever is in charge of housekeeping should be let go. And, the housekeeper should always stop and look back at room that was just cleaned to see if the room was made up to a high standard.To think that a heavily stained bed spread was a good idea is pathetic and indicates poor leadership from the top. Also, my mattress should be thrown in the dumpster! It was completely worn out--no support and uneven. I will be seeking a full refund after my Mom's funeral.

I have had a constant booking of a room in the hotel since November 2020. That is almost 1 year and 6 months. Today (i.e. for 22nd April only..) I missed booking early.. And the manager Nisha (I think) tells me to get lost. Even though i have booking for Saturday onwards.. I have her whatsapp chat screenshot.. Even though i have a booking from 23rd april onwards.. Its just one day.. 22 nd april 22 for which i do not have booking.. I think she expects me to grovel in front of her..

I arrived a little after 5pm and was given the key to a dirty room. The bed had been slept in and not changed. I had to drive out to give time for the room to be cleaned. This made me wonder if O was sleeping under fresh comforter and blanket.
