Attractions like Six Flags, Sweetwater Creek Park and downtown Atlanta are a short drive away!

Spread out across 5 comfy bedrooms designed with rest and relaxation in mind:
• 2 Bathrooms are located on the upper level.
• Bedroom 1: King-size bed
• Bedroom 2: Full-size bed + fun bunk bed (perfect for kids!)
• Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed
• Bedrooms 4 & 5 (adjoining): One area with a Queen-size bed, the other with two Full beds. These areas are open to each other without a door, making them great for families or groups who want to stay close together.

Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. We appreciate your care and respect for the space!

🚗 Parking Policy
Parking is allowed ONLY in the driveway and on the front yard grass when weather permits.
Parking on the grass is NOT allowed if it is raining, has recently rained, or rain is expected — to prevent lawn damage and avoid getting vehicles stuck in the mud.
🚫 No parking or driving is allowed on the sides of the house or in the backyard at any time. Please do not pass through or attempt to drive behind the house.
A violation fee will apply if these parking rules are not followed.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
For the comfort of all guests, no smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home.

🧹 Excessive Cleaning Fee
We kindly ask guests to leave the home in reasonable condition.
If the property is left excessively dirty or requires extra cleaning beyond normal use, additional cleaning fee will apply.

🗑️ Trash Policy
For longer stays, please help us manage trash by placing all trash bags in the large bin at the front of the property.
The smaller outdoor bins are extras—please empty any bags from those into the main bin.
🗓️ Trash collection is every Tuesday.
If trash is not placed out and overflow occurs, an additional service fee may apply.

🤫 Respect the Neighbors
This is a peaceful neighborhood—please keep noise down and be respectful of our lovely neighbors.

🚫 Registered Guests Only
For everyone’s comfort and safety, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Please understand that having additional, unregistered guests may result in an extra fee. Thank you for helping us keep the space safe and enjoyable for everyone.


No Firearms or Weapons
For everyone’s safety, firearms and other weapons are strictly not allowed on the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the space safe and comfortable for all guests.

📶 Wi-Fi / Internet Use
Tampering with or disconnecting the Wi-Fi router or equipment is not allowed. Stable internet is an essential amenity for all guests. Violations may result in additional charges.

🕒 Check-in & Check-out
Early Check-in: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in will be $50 per hour (subject to availability). Please confirm in advance.

Late Check-out: Check out is at 10AM. Late check-out will be $100 for the first hour, $125 for each additional hour (subject to availability). Please confirm in advance.
