Just Perfect
The house was large and clean, a 15-20 minute drive from everywhere we needed to go. Very comfortable for 6 adults! If you like to cook like us, pick up a sponge, wrap, trash bags etc. Highly recommend!

Great location and wonderful property
We had a wonderful weekend in Atlanta taking in the sights and restaurants. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. The beautiful home has lovely hardwood floors throughout and is very clean and neat. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and comfortable. The tree-lined street is gorgeous. We will return!

Great place close to everything!!!
We were there for a tournament and decided to spend an extra few days To sightsee. The place was close to everything within 5 to 15 minute drive of the zoo, aquarium, Martin Luther King exhibit, restaurants, and shops. The home was in perfect condition better than expected. Jordan left us coffee and cream for our stay as well as a few snacks for arrival. I would definitely recommend this place and come back.

Family Time
Fantastic location! Easy walking in safe hip artsy location. Restaurants very close-by. Easy access to downtown and all midtown attractions. Loved that there are three bedrooms AND three bathrooms. Wished the ensuite bathroom door would have closed. Beautiful street. If entering house from the front, be aware that there are many stairs to climb and they step straight up to the front door .... no stoop to stand on while unlocking the door. But on the upside, the back entrance steps out onto a large deck. Overall this house provided plenty of space and a great location.

Great house in a great location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! We all had plenty of room and had space to have time to ourselves or spend time together. The only thing was that it was difficult to navigate the driveway, but there’s absolutely nothing the owner can do about that. What we found helps is once you get in the back area, turn the car around so you can just pull right out. It was much easier than backing up and out. We had a midsize SUV for size reference. Although it’s an older house (the floors squeak and are not level, so some doors don’t close quite right or at all), it’s a great house and was 15 minutes from nearly everything we had on our list. The owner was super responsive and we would definitely stay here again!

Atlanta Weekend Getway
Solid 5 stars! Everything about this place is great. Communication property manager - impressive, very clean, very organized. Just a great stay. If I am in Atlanta again, I will check this place out first. The only downside, is parking in the back, is a bit of a challenge, but not worth knocking it down a star. This place has a solid reputation, my review won't tarnish that - Impecable!

Outstanding stay!!!! The house is perfect. Centrally located and well stocked. We had no problem at all pulling into the back driveway (and we had a large SUV). I would definitely book here again. Justin is an amazing host. The house is large and the beds are comfortable, what else could you want? Thank you for making our trip perfect.

Family Graduation Trip
Great VRBO Experience! My family of 6 traveled from Maryland to Georgia for my daughter's graduation. The rental felt like home!! The house was very clean, modern, and close to everything. The pictures online do this place no justice. The decor is beautiful! We had seniors in our group that never stayed at a vacation rental before. They are hooked, and they will not go back to hotels after staying at this rental. They were very pleasantly surprised and couldn't stop raving about the ammentities. The host thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay and was so responsive. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful home
The house was beautiful and very convenient to all the local attractions. The amenities were generous-lots of coffee varieties, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in three full bathrooms, which was very nice since I have four grandchildren. We had a plumbing issue on our last night and the owner was out immediately to help and rectify the issue. We will definitely stay again next time we are jn the area.

PRIME Location
We loved the property and location. It was close to all of the sites we were interested in seeing. The longest drive was the airport, which only took about 15 minutes. It’s close to the highway without feeling like you’re in the middle of it. There are shops like Kroger and Target nearby, which was helpful for us to buy food/snacks for our family for the week. They have basic utensils for cooking and eating, just make sure you purchase your own condiments and specific spices if you need them. Justin and Charalaina were HIGHLY responsive and communicative, which was greatly appreciated. They have a binder that details everything and was extremely helpful. We’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again for our next trip to Atlanta.

Location is perfect for getting to the aquarium, Coca Cola museum and zoo without getting on the interstate. The inside of the house is cute and very clean. We had everything we needed. But the driveway can be a little tricky 😊

Good location within walking distance of grocery store. Centrally located to downtown. The front bedroom can be traffic noisy at night. The driveway in the back is extremely tight to maneuver (small vehicles recommended).

Easy to find, great parking in the back, full tray of Keurig pods, snacks for us, felt very safe in the neighborhood, and had everything we could possibly need. Justin was very responsive, helpful, and the place was great. Will definately stay again if I'm in Atlanta.

Simply awesome stay. Whatever was needed was available. The place is kept not only clean but also beautiful! At a point we had visitors and had 3 cars parked incl one in the porch at the back. Coffee options were absolutely great! Target and Kroger walking distance so that was a help. Justin was phenomenal help when we needed him. Overall fabulous stay for each one of us who stayed (we were 6 of us for 2 nights). If we come again and need a 3 bed B&B, we know which one we will book!

We came to town for a concert and this house was the perfect location for us. We had plenty of space and the beds were the MOST comfortable of any rental or hotel I have ever stayed in. I will say the back driveway scared me each time I had to maneuver through it, so most of the time we parked on the street. Would definitely stay here again. The snacks left by the hosts were a nice touch!

Perfect Location
Our daughter was getting married on April 16th. We wanted a place for my wife, myself and some out of town family. This property was about a mile from the venue. We didn't have to spend a lot of time traveling. Yhe property was very clean. It a surprisingly quiet area given it's location in downtown Atlanta. If we ever have need of a place in Atlanta again we would not hesitate to book her again.

The house was great, & close to downtown. This very spacious, clean and well equipped home was even better than photos showed. If mobility is an issue, there are several steps in the front but only 3 in the rear entrance. We all agreed, we’d stay again! Great communication with owner as well. Thanks!

Outstanding experience!
I was in town for a convention with two coworkers and this turned out to be a great experience! The house was clean and decorated modern, but held on to much of its character. There were simple detailed instructions for everything. On top of that the location was ideal for the convention and events we attended while in town. Will definitely try to get this property again on my next trip to ATL!

Nice stay overall.
Overall was a good experience. Well kept house. Had all the amenities we needed. Host had kept snacks in the kitchen area which was very kind. Alexa in all the rooms made it fun stay. Close proximity to lots of great places in Atlanta. The approach to parking on back side goes through a very tight passage, one could easily run into an accident if not careful. The hand soap in one of the restrooms seemed to have been filled with water. There were no door locks in any of the rooms, which made it a bit inconvenient with small kids with us.

Perfect for a family gathering
The house was very comfortable and nicely set up, it was especially great for hosting a family gathering with a nice roomy dining room and three bathrooms. The soft seating on the deck in the photos has been replaced with a folding table and chairs which isn't as cozy, and there are a lot of steps leading up to the front door that aren't evident in the pics (and yes, the driveway access is as challenging as the other reviews describe) but once in the house, it's ideal!

The rental property was very clean, modern, and welcoming home. With the three bathrooms and 4 beds (3 bedrooms) it was perfectly sized for our purposes. The home even included games and a great dining room table for those visitors looking to relax in the evening.

Lovely home conveniently located
This home was perfect for 4 sisters enjoying our annual time together. The house is very comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating us. The kitchen was well stocked with basics, coffee and snacks. The beds are very comfortable and the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are nicely appointed. The neighborhood is very convenient for shopping, and within minutes of drive time to mid-town and attractions like the aquarium. We highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in Atlanta proper.

Lovely Getaway in Atlanta
We had a lovely stay in Edgewood - Justin was friendly and responded quick to our questions and the house was clean and tidy, and as well stocked as described. Only caution for those with larger cars/trucks is the driveway in the back is a bit tight to get through - we had a Chrysler Pacifica and made it in and out okay daily, but a larger car or a less careful driver would have had more trouble. Plenty of street parking though so that's not the only option! We loved our time here and would love to return someday.
