Front desk was very friendly and professional. Hotel is very clean and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Would stay again should I attend another sports event as it was within walking distance to the arena.

The hotel location was in walking distance to some attractions. The hotel stay was enjoyable. I recommend for couples, ask for Mr Williams. He's pleasant and very helpful. He recommended 'by george' restaurant across the street and the foof was excellent. The hotel breastfast was awsome and would stay at this hotel again.

Air conditioner unfortunately went out while we were staying so we had to leave and find a new hotel at 6 in the morning. Other than that. Good hotel. The lady in the front had a bit of an attitude about the ac but I understand she was probably also hot and frustrated with everyone calling her. The man at the front when we arrived was so so nice. Not a bad hotel. I don’t know if the air conditioner is a problem usually or just this once

This is I=one of the nicest hotels that ive stayed. The only drawback was parking in downtown Atlanta. Parking downtown in Atlanta has always been an issue but they do have Valet for $50 per stay. Everyone was super nice and the breakfast was amazing. I have no complaints but you will have to pay $150 deposit and $50 valet when you get there so keep that in mind. Also, the suite was amazing with a kitchen, living room, and bedroom.

In general, the hotel is very nice. Location, staff, facilities and amenities are all up to standard. The only thing I would like to raise is the shower water temperature. No matter how I adjust the switch, the water output is warm and cold and most of time it is very cold……it is a bit frustrated when you get off after a long day and expect for a hot shower to relax. Hope they could improve this better in future.
