With a massive inground pool, lounge chairs, covered deck with patio seating and charcoal grill you can unwind in style. Inside the spacious living room there is plenty of space for your group to gather around the bar that seats eight.

With 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths. Large private yard with lots of room to play and relax. We are only 10 min from Six Flags and 20 min from downtown Atlanta. This would be a great vacation home for your group. 6k square feet of living space. This house will sleep 20 in beds.

The bedrooms are huge in this house. The living room and kitchen are very big and spacious. There is also a futon in the living room, along with the couch, loveseat, and recliner. There is a bar that seats 8 that sits between the kitchen and pool. In the bar area, there is a ping pong table. There is an inground pool with brand new liner. There are plenty of chairs and 7 lounge chairs around the pool and the large covered deck. There is a big covered deck that steps down into the pool. There is a charcoal grill. The house has a fenced in backyard, and is very large to play. There is a basketball goal for your entertainment. Deerlick Park sits across the street, with a lake, volleyball court, picnic area, basketball gym, and playground. (You can walk to the park!) This house is only minutes away from Arbor Place Mall, and all the local eating places. There is a grocery store (Publix and Ingles) less than a mile away. Wal Mart and Sam's are 5 miles away. Six Flags is 15 min away, and downtown Atlanta is 20 minutes away. The house is equipped with WIFI, Rokus and YouTube TVs It is fully stocked with washer, dryer, ironing board, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen.

This is a drug free home. Absolutely no marijuana, or drugs allowed on property.

We do have cameras on the entire property to see the number of cars, guests, smoking and noise rules are followed.

the place is gorgeous, the pool was nice and the property manager/owner was wonderful, considerate of our needs and moved us to another property. It was private and we wanted to make sure we cleaned it and left it like we got it, Thank you so much, I have not been well, this was very nice everyone in one place

Perfect Retreat

What an amazing place! As a church high school puppet ministry on a mission tour, it was the perfect retreat from our work in Atlanta. We loved the pool, the serene surroundings and the night sky full of stars. There was plenty of room for us to eat together in the kitchen, which is well stocked with anything you may need for meal prep, and plenty of room in the living room for our group projects. If we are ever in Atlanta again, we would definitely return! Jamie and Daniel were very easy to contact and responded very quickly any time I needed to contact them. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Awesome property with a lot of space

From the beginning, the owners were very responsive and accommodating. The home is a nice country home with a lot of space for large families. The kids loved the pool, the back porch and the game room area. The property is located right across from the park which was an added bonus. The property was also handicap accessible which was an added bonus for my dad who uses a walker. The property was accurately depicted in the photos and it sounds like there are additional projects in the works to update the kitchen. We would definitely rent this property again if we're ever in the Atlanta area!

Outdated but roomy, didn’t like the kitchen needs renovations especially bathrooms and kitchen furniture is well worned and not comfortable did not feel comfortable in showers they were old and needed updating like the location liked the size just not my kind of place would ratheranmodernef clean state of the arts kind place.

The Stay

The house was a nice size, the heat on the main floor wouldn't work properly because of timers, the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, there were several beds but luckily only one had a dirty cover, it was 45-50 degrees in the back room (freezing), the couch in the main room was broken, there was dog hair all over another couch (allergic to dogs). The owner was very aggressive would not have stayed if didn't pay first. The overall stay if I had to grade it on a scale of 1-10 was about a 6. The owners should not threaten their clients.

Not happy

The amount of space was great but the house itself needs a lot of work. Our thanksgiving didn't go well because the stove stopped working the day before thanks giving and we are a family that cooks we all got sick due the food not being cooked well. We cooked our food outside Damn nearly every day for the 5 days that we were there. Owners needs to put that house on hold and really put in work if he ever wants to rent that out again. It wasn't fair to me or my family and we spend a good amount of money renting it and buying a few crot pots to do the cooking.. This was just one of many issues wrong but I'll leave it at that.

We had a great family getaway. My entire family enjoyed ourselves, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and all the supplies we needed. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it. We had plans to explore Atlanta, but just ended up staying at the property playing games.

It was fine.

It was fine. Was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Sweetwater Creek State Park which is what we were looking for. Kitchen was a little odd with some many locked cabinets. No dishwasher detergent.

Ended well

I was hesitate on doing a review because I didn’t stay in the home listed it was last minute plumbing issue and I was offered a refund or to move to a 4 Br instead of 6 and honestly all or that was fine as the title of my review stated it ended well. That truly didn’t bother me because that’s life unforeseen circumstances that alter plans. What I would advise anyone to do before renting is read the rules all of them. The tone that I received from Jamie was unnecessary. I was already stressed trying to get my family in for my daughter graduation had a last minute change of 6 bedroom to 4 I was worried about Will there be enough room in the different house and Jamie tone honestly made me feel like I had not spent a dime to rent, it was although she was doing me a favor instead of me paying for a service. I read other reviews and I hope that who ever responds doesn’t come in to attack because all of my feedback was not positive. Daniel came in with great customer skills I provided what was needed the house was great the pool was great had everything we needed. Customer service with Jamie really needs work I was thankful that Daniel came into the thread and changed the tone. Overall my family and I had a great time good neighborhood one of the neighbors came over and gave my daughter a gift for graduation.

I’m so not happy with the owner

This place need remodeling. There is a mold smell and the bathrooms are awful. It is big and spacious place but a upgrade can do. There were stains on the toilet and the showers were not cleaned properly. I will not be booking this place ever again, I see why the pictures are short cut because the place is really old and smelly. On the last night stay I had a small get together because my family was exchanging Christmas presents and the owner sent me crazy messages and the ad clearly say family reunion are welcome and I only had 20 ppl there and he said it was 40. I am not happy at all and this place should not be on any booking site because of the home upkeep. The carpet are stained and the mold smell is disgusting and could make anyone sick so be aware of these reviews because they are real.

Country home away from it all

The house is very spacious and allowed for my family, friends and I to take advantage of the property without feeling overcrowded. We were able to enjoy the pool and outdoor patio area based on the level of privacy that the house offers. The home is older but we had no issues with it during our stay. The hosts/owners were very responsive which allowed for us to book the property with confidence. We would stay here again!

Wow, Awesome place

We were renting this house while in town for a baseball tournament. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of beds for sleeping. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. It goes without saying that the Pool was a big hit with the Boys as well as the ping pong table. Hosts were easy to communicate with and made the stay extremely comfortable. Thank you! I highly recommend this house for any larger family or groups for short or long stays

Overall good stay

This property meet the needs of our large group (17) nicely. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and the kids enjoyed the pool, Ping pong and basketball. The hosts communicated promptly and were so very responsive. It was a great stay overall!
