So enjoyed our stay at Magnolia. The cozy home has everything you need to relax. Back porch is a lovely spot to sit and read. Very convenient to Marietta Square.

Cozy home that have everything we needed

Our family has been traveling quite a bit this summer and loved this property. It was very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed. Unfortunately there wasn’t access to a community pool like the listing originally stated so my 9 year old was a little disappointed but there are other swimming options near by that you can access for a fee. We would definitely recommend this home and would look to stay again in the future when in the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Blessing home during difficult time

My mother had heart surgery and I stayed at this lovely home as it is 2-3 miles away from Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. After long days with her, it was so comforting to know that I could lay my head down and unwind from an emotional and heavy day in this lovely home. Good news, my mother is on her way to healing and this home made my local experience very comfortable during a difficult time. I highly recommend staying here if you are a couple or a couple with kids and want to be close to Marietta essentials. Love Melissa, the property manager. She was there for my needs during this difficult time.

Wonderful home away from home. The location was perfect, and close to Marietta Square which was a great spot to eat excellent food. Quick drive to a Braves game, too. Melissa, our host, was very informative and attentive to all questions and needs. We highly recommend the Magnolia!

Visited our daughter and needed a place to stay for the night. Booked this place. It was an immaculately renovated 1950’s house. Perfectly sized for my wife and I. Spacious kitchen/living room area. Nice bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Back porch and fire pit were a great bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
