Relax in this cozy, industrial-style basement apartment just minutes from downtown Atlanta. Features include a comfy queen bed, big-screen TV with surround sound, gym equipment, kitchenette, washer/dryer, and fast Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private entrance, bathroom, and firepit. Safe parking and a peaceful neighborhood, minutes to the BeltLine, breweries, State Farm Arena, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. I live upstairs with my sweet pup Eva Mae, AKA Chicken.
