Very Helpful Staff 😊

We checked into a room that wasn’t cleaned. I called the front desk to let them know and the manager came and cleaned our rooms we wouldn’t have to move our things again. He did an excellent job and the room smelled nice and fresh. Everyone here has been very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for a room 👍👍

With holiday traffic, we didn’t get to hotel until 1:30am. The person at front desk said because we were late, our reservation for 4 days had been cancelled (which we understood). I asked if it could be re-booked and he said no, there was nothing he could do. After explaining we had been in car all day and just needed him to create a new booking just like the one we had made, he said maybe he could get us a room but it would require an extra deposit, early booking fee and he we wouldn’t get the same rate we had originally booked. We would also have to wait 1-3 hours while the computers re-booted as they were in a nightly rebook (after he had shown me on the computer our reservation being cancelled). I expressed my frustration and was told to ‘check my attitude’. I walked outside to call nearby hotels and during this time the person at the desk told my wife he could waive the deposit to ‘help us out’. We went to the Quality Inn down the street who was happy to take us and checked us in within 5 minutes and even gave us a discount off the Expedia listed price.

I had heard horror stories about Norcross AFTER I had already booked and paid for my room but they weren't true. I had a very nice, clean and spacious room and EVERYONE, staff and other guests were polite, respectful and cordial. I will DEFINITELY stay there next time I'm in town

The room had a musty smell to it, the carpet was sticky with an obvious film, and the couch didn't look safe to sit on (I used a blanket before sitting on the couch). The kitchenette and refrigerator was clean.

Wasn’t the worst place but it is a bit worn down and my room has a faint smell. There were no roaches or bed bugs and it was quiet at night but there are better places to stay for the price.

This is not a place to enjoy vacation. It is like an apartment building. There are kids playing and alot of hanging outside. However, the staff is very nice and the people staying there are very nice. Personally the place was not clean and I was traveling with children. I would not stay again but if you have no choice due to limited funds it is ok.

Service workers were wonderful and efficient. The property unfortunately wasn’t what we expected. It smelled heavily of cigarettes and air fresheners and I ran into two cockroaches during my stay. The laundry was not available for guests but front desk staff were helpful and would wash hotel linens if requested. Many guests seemed to live on the property itself, and they were friendly as well. They upheld themselves on their service animal policy beautifully and treated us very respectfully for the duration of the trip. I wish that the hotel would have been just a little more comfortable all in all.

Parking is plentiful. Rooms are really nice with a whole kitchen. Bathrooms are very clean with plenty of hot water. Central heat and air. Some maintenance needs done with the door on rm 328, but overall a great stay.

Overall very spacious, loved the kitchen, spacious bathroom. Dirty couch and couch bed we couldn't utilize the let out. The bed had a noticeable dent which made it uncomfortable. I had to do a little cleaning upon arrival. The noise was crazy you could hear everything very thin walls. Staff very friendly though.

The door to the room wouldn't close completely and you could see through to the hallway. The bathroom frequently smelled of cigarettes. I think the people below had a connected ventilation. I stuffed a towel under the bathroom door to keep the smell in just that area. The bedroom needed a lamp or another light the only light source was in a corner so half the room was just dark. But i dud like the room layout with the separated kithcen and living room area

I love yhe set as far as the kitchen but the oven wasnt clean and the door doesn't close completely. Under the bed was clean and bathroom had a septic smell. AC didnt work great but it did the job

I did not feel safe. After my first night. I checked out. The screws on the lock of my hotel door were loose. The door would not close properly. The shower was so dirty. I had to put a towel on the inside of the tub just so I can shower. The staff at the front desk was very nice though, both when I checked in and checked out.

This place is an aged building in desperate need of maintenance and a few upgrades. Security at entrance is disconnected and hangs loosely by the door. Carpet on the first step to second floor hangs in shreds. Hazard. Door to our unit has bent hinges and a malfunctioning locking mechanism. Ice machine is disconnected. Tenants toss empty beverage containers, snack bags and refuse on the ground in front of building’s door. I spent an afternoon cleaning our unit Bathroom seemed untouched in quite some time. Dirt from hands soiled the doors and doorframes. When I opened the dishwasher bugs came out. There is no hairdryer provided ladies! Shower curtain, towels and bedcover looked new. Hideabed cushions are worn and arms are soiled. Floor corners had dirt and dust The bed mattress sags in the middle Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. I took this as a ‘camping’ experience. Modern camping with the luxury of an A/C Microwave worked and the shower was wet

Incredible Staff, But the Facility Needs Attention

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. They made me feel welcome and safe, and their kindness went a long way in improving my stay. The front desk staff especially went above and beyond to assist me with every request. However, the facility itself has serious issues that can’t be overlooked. An alarm went off at 4 a.m., which was very disturbing. There were roaches in the room—it honestly felt like they lived there. The water was either scalding hot or freezing cold, and the room temperature was just as extreme with no comfortable in-between. The door wouldn’t close properly, and I had to get help from the front desk just to open and secure it. There was also no chair for the desk, so I had to pull the rolling desk over to the bed in order to work. Despite all of this, the staff was so wonderful that I chose to focus on their efforts rather than the shortcomings of the room. They’re clearly doing the best they can with what they have. Management should absolutely invest in improving the facilities—because the team here truly deserves better. They made a tough situation more bearable with their amazing attitude and professionalism.

The staff were friendly. The facility itself was horrible. The room was not as advertised. There were 5 ppl on the reservation and we had 3 towels. When we asked for more towels they advised us we had to bring the other towels back and we can get more towels. The pull out bed had no sheets or pillows. When I asked for some the my stated they did not have any more pillows. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge looked like it got into some sort of altercation because there were multiple indents in the finish of the fridge. One of the beds had a sink in the middle that we didn’t realize until it was time for bed. The biggest issue was no hot water. At best, it was lukewarm. We also experienced a few roaches coming out when we ordered food. The hallways, stairs and elevator were filthy. Our front door didn’t close properly and we had to get maintenance to come and check the lock. The staff tried their best to help and apologize. The pictures shown online are a stark difference to the actual room. If I knew it would’ve been like this, we would have selected a different hotel altogether. I didn’t take pictures because I was so disgusted and disappointed. We came to town for an event otherwise I would have left. I will never stay at an extended stay again.
