The room is cleaned and the staffs are helpful, but there was a strong smell in the lobby, elevator and inside the room, and bad smell in the microwave.

I would like to take a moment to recognize and thank the wonderful team at Extended Stay America, especially Gloria, Maria, Tameka, Kofo, Monica, Toyo, Elon, Aruto and Bimwana. I am currently going through a transition in my life, and during times like these, having people around you who are genuinely kind, polite, helpful, and understanding makes such a difference. Each of these employees has shown kindness and professionalism, and I truly appreciate the way they have treated me. Sometimes, it’s the little things—a warm greeting, a helping hand, a kind word, or simply someone showing that they care—that can brighten your day and make a difficult season a little easier. I also want to give a special shout-out to the ladies who work so hard cleaning and maintaining the rooms. The room is always spotless here at Extended Stay America - Gwinnett. Ruth was great as usual at Checkout. I love how Ruth handles 1-2-3-4 things at a time. It's a very cold day and even then the staff is amazing.

The only thing I like about this property is the location. It’s so close to many restaurants, cafes, markets and more. I was disgusted with this property and really kept to self because I was traveling with family. I did bring some things up to front desk and they would tell me about housekeeping and cleaning is this day and that day. Clearly this hotel only clean what you can see. The amenities were worse lol I thought I was going to book a really nice hotel (high price) and got to relax by the pool, fitness center and office for my remote work but it was disgusting everywhere from the look to the smell. One of the front desk told me that it smells like that in the Terrance level because dogs were down there, which I didnt know what he meant but maybe since some guest has their pets with them I figure maybe they had their own area? Again I don’t know, couldn’t really complain because again I was family and when I did say something to front desk, it was just all a whole bunch of blahs lol I haven’t tried the breakfast yet but hmm I don’t know about that lol let’s see if I can update this later but overall my rating for this “expensive” hotel is 2.5/5

Comfortable

Beds were kinda small being double beds, and we're used to a king size, but it was very comfortable and a nicely sized room. Considering that it was needed for a place to sleep, I didn't even notice the shower could have been cleaned better, which was the only negative to the room. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful and made for a pleasant experience. Will be staying again next time I'm in town.

Staying at Extended stay is 100% better than staying at HOMETOWN SUITES BY RedRoff Inn. No mold, or roaches and it’s neat, clean and the staff is awesome. Had to move from out of our 1st room because of a leak in the bathroom. Hopefully they’ll give us a free night

They are short staffed and you have to wait a bit, but other than that the room was clean and it smelt very nice. Some of the stuff is a little bit old it has paint chip for scratches here and there but nothing that affects anything. Honestly, I think this is one of the best hotels I’ve found for cheap in Georgia that is clean and doesn’t stink.
