Cozy newly renovated 3bd home w/hot tub -in the heart of the city
- Our beautifully renovated urban oasis is located in the vibrantly transitioning heart of midtown Atlanta and is ready to host your family and friends' next ATL adventure! This Edwardian style house includes 1550 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, vaulted ceilings and excellent separation of space, 3 large smart TVs, office and laundry room. There are parking spots for 3 passenger cars, as well as street parking and a private gated backyard w/ gazebo, and hot tub. After an exciting day exploring Atlanta, unwind in our cozy living space perfect for intimate gatherings, while creating your next culinary masterpiece in our chef-inspired kitchen, stocked with all the basic mouth-watering spices and updated equipment essentials.
We are within a few blocks to public transportation and Marta station, within 5 minutes of the Atlanta university center and the Mercedes Benz stadium.
- Please be mindful of noise and respectful to our neighbors. There is a 10pm noise curfew in the neighborhood. Neighbors may call local law enforcement if noise levels are excessive after hours. -NO SMOKING ALLOWED-
Please note, we have a security camera to monitor the exterior of the property for added safety.
