Beautiful home, on a quiet street. Property is great for a families, couples trip or even singles looking for a quiet, cozy place to relax. If you want to spend less time in Atlanta traffic and more time discovering what ATL has to offer this is the house for you. All within 0.5 miles Tyler Perry Studios, the Belt line, popular Atlanta breweries, 7 mins from Mercedes Benz Stadium, College Football HoF, 10 mins from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Golf fans, practice your golf in the backyard green! Minutes away from the Atlanta University Center (AUC), and about 15 minutes away from Lenox Mall. Easily accessible by Marta Transportation and FREE parking on the property.

This is a revitalized neighborhood just a stone throw from Tyler Perry Studios. Please don't be alarmed by a few vacant properties in the area, as they have been purchased by local developers and as in the process of getting renovated. Also the city of East Point is building a beautiful park directly across the street from our property. Our home is surrounded by nature, natural sunlight and lots of love. This newly renovated 3bd/2.5 bth modern home beautifully designed with luxurious home decor and backyard lounge. It is in the ideal location for your next stay! The home is equipped with outside security cameras and smart deadbolts for your safety and security that should put your mind at ease for a goodnights rest after a long eventful day. The ADT security system command center located on the wall inside the home, does not have any audio or video recording devices on it.

Please manage the noise as we do have neighbors, and if there are ANY COMPLAINTS OR VIOLATIONS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Alright East Point!

Right on point! The owner was completely honest in the description.The.neighborhood has the perception of rundown,but you can see that its in a redevelopment phase! The little oark across the street is nice for those with kids.The shower in the downstairs bedroom is Heavenly! Its a perfectly sized,layout and decorated family home! Love the backyard even though we're from New Orleans LOL

The house was extremely nice, spaclous and decorated tastefully. There was enough room for my family to enjoy and be comfortable. However, there were rules in place that made us feel we were not responsible guests. Very unfortunate!

A Wonderful Weekend

This was not my first stay at this property, which speaks to my level of contentment with the property and Kantroy, as a host. This experience was just as nice and pleasant as my previous. I booked this property for a "staycation" for my birthday weekend. I had a few friends over (with consent from the owner) for an intimate celebration. Not only were there a myriad of things to do that were offered (e.g, putting range, board games, streaming services, etc.), Kantroy was also super attentive and very considerate. I HIGHLY recommend booking this property or booking with this host, hands down!!!

Decent property my with a host that wants to make things right

First of all, this is a perfectly suitable listing. The house is so big, we just had two people in our party but it could accommodate a large family very comfortably. The location was super convenient, I could get most places within 20minutes - even in traffic. The house was clean enough, there were a few bits here and there but generally clean. The entire property could do with a coat of paint and a magic eraser. Previous tenants have been there and you can tell. Here’s what I’ll tell you, I’d stay there again. The property owner was super kind and worked to right an issue that was having ultimately accommodating me and fulfilling their responsibilities with respect and generosity. Thankful for the place to stay. We had a great time.

Pet Friendly?

The positives of our stay included a convenient location with easy access to most areas in Atlanta, a spacious house, well-equipped kitchen, and a fun backyard.However, two days before check-in—after we had already signed the rental agreement—I received a message outlining new rules and potential fees that could be incurred during our stay. One particular fee stood out: a 500 charge if dog hair was found, despite having already paid a pet fee, which typically covers pet-related cleaning. Additionally, the message included a long list of possible charges for missing items, but no inventory list was provided for reference. This last-minute communication was unexpected and somewhat concerning, as these details were not mentioned in the original agreement.That said, VRBO handled my concerns well, offering reassurance, so we decided to proceed with our stay and ultimately felt comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, though I was surprised by how dirty our feet became from walking around the house the first night.

Good for short visits

Overall not too bad for short visits and the location. The property manager was very responsive and open but had smell of smoke and marijuana upon arrival, however the manager was open about trying to clean as much as possible before so there was a strong bleach smell but still could smell it. Recommend having plug ins for the freshness. Also the remotes did not have backs and batteries didn’t work. Also recommend replacing the washing machine the tub was very stained. Should dust vents. Remove the shag shower mats and replace with better mats. and lastly recommend providing some kcups or Some snacks or waters. Overall, it was convenient to everything in the area and a park. I can see they have some bad tenants that have ruined it for a lot but a little more initiatives to make better for us good tenants. Thank you though property manager for the communication.

Amazing Host in Safe Neighborhood

The communication that I had from the host was the best that I have ever had whenever staying at a short term rental. They were in constant communication about anything that we needed or had to say before, during, and after our stay. The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to downtown as we felt this even whenever getting back late in the evening from attending downtown events. The house is newly renovated and our only true problem with the house was the cleanliness of it. We stayed early in January so this may have been extra messy from the previous group who could have been partying for the new year not following all house rules. The fault may be on the cleaning crew and not even on the host themselves, but it still was a big inconvenience to the members of our trip as it did not even look like the place had been cleaned before we arrived. However, with a proper professional deep clean this review would go up to a 5 star. A few things to note: there were not additional blankets in the house if need and all cars that entered the driveway (including ours and multiple large suv Ubers) bottomed out where the driveway and road connect.
