"I had a generally positive experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and very responsive. During my stay, I noticed a bug in my room that resembled a bed bug, which was understandably concerning. I contacted the front desk, and they promptly sent security, Elliott, to collect and inspect it. I was reassured that it was not a bed bug, and they immediately moved me to another room to ensure my comfort. I appreciated how quickly and seriously they handled the situation."
