My family and I have had the privilege of staying at Premiere Extended Stay Hotel for the past few months due to a hardship. From day one, Mr. James, the Manager, has truly lived up to his outstanding reputation. He has treated my family and me as if we were his own, always responding promptly and warmly to any concerns regarding our stay. His professionalism and genuine care have made a difficult time much easier. I wholeheartedly give Mr. James a five-star recommendation.

Although the staff was great and the room was clean. I couldnt watch tv at all cause they had no remote for the tv. So i didnr stay after id took a bath. I went on home. But the manager of the propert t was awesome hed bought my sprite in the office. Great guy. Also there was no toiletries in t he room either. The inside of door lock had been broken also so i really didnt feel safe to sleep without a proper lock on door. The bathtub has no plug in it to take a bath and the hair dryer didnt work. Minor things but necessities are included in price id thought unless your there for long term residing it would be in the room

It was a great spot to stay very clean and quiet place. Stayed with my wife 8 month old and 2 dogs and was very good space. James at the front desk was a really great help always helping with a smile.

Not a bad place for the money.

Stayed for a few days while my house is being remodeled. Not a bad property. Some rooms are better than others but overall not bad. Great location just off the highway and convenient to everything.

Manager is top notch

It was good the customer service was great but the first night we didn’t have WiFi and we didn’t have a working fridge and the guy working that night didn’t know anything but the manager was super great and accommodating and I would stay there many many times just for that reason alone!

This was good enough for our purposes. A quick sleep before an out of town event. We did see two bugs. The pillows were oddly small and lumpy. There were only two small bath towels for two adults, and no wash cloths or hand towels. The staff was very helpful. The property was well-lit and quiet. Felt safe even arriving late as two females traveling alone.

I was very pleased with the assistance I received from the front desk help. Opening morning staff was great 3 PM. On the date 5/5/25. I can’t remember her name, but it was her first day and she excellent. She was kind resourceful and smiled the entire time.

This place is terrible. I was just there last night 10/2025 n the place was not worth it. All tv in all rooms was broken, some rooms didn’t have refrigerators or microwaves. Please if you stay here please bring your own sheets and blankets. If they put you in the blue and white building with the blue doors. This is what you have to deal with. I was walking to my room and someone step out their room and said you better have bug spray I’m like what.😂 but I understood as soon as I walked in the room. They have to change my room 3 times. I have a video of the broken tv, the trash on the floor, and the bathroom. It was already so late and couldn’t get another room right way, so we just stayed for the night. When I tell you the bed was so comfortable after you added your own sheets please bring them. The bed was very comfortable and soft like sleeping on a cloud 😂😂😂 room was horrible but bed was comfortable P.S. they didn’t give us no towels

Disappointed

I should have known that for $51.00 a night what to expect. But I expect a clean room regardless. Also the one towel was one that I would put in the rag pile,it was so thin and scratchy. There was a coffee maker and coffee but no cups and no cup at the sink. The bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice room, little dated with a few dings. The ONLY issue was cleanliness and no towels. We had to sweep the room because there was trash and food left around half under the bed. We just scooted everything over and swept. Would have either way. The service was top notch. Very friendly employees. Ask and you shall receive if you encounter issues. They have such great attitudes.

Alarm was going of for a while at 2am. The doors in building b wouldn’t unlock. He had to switch room twice.and there was no pastry and coffee. I paid an extra 12 for it. But people are very nice that work there

Roches EVERYWHERE! We stayed 2 nights and there was a constant trail of roaches both nights. The shower handle was broken. There was some kind of caulk in the sink l. The floors were very dirty and the furniture has stains all on it. The bed was comfortable and the staff was amazing. Ms B at the front desk made checking in a breeze and was very friendly and welcoming!

The check-in staff during the day was nice. No one was present during check-out arounf 3am and they had my deposit. If not that i had a friend around there,i would have had to forfeit it. Wifi wasnt working,android or iPhone.
