Located in Marietta Square, this adorable apartment is a dream. Welcome to your private basement suite - walking distance to the Square! It includes everything you need for a comfortable stay: a king-sized bedroom, a spacious living and work area with a desk and hi-speed internet, a fully stocked small kitchen, private bathroom, and private entrance.
We are 1 Mile from Marietta Square with amazing restaurants and entertainment! You can get to Kennestone Hospital in 5 minutes, and we are right off I-75, making Truist Park, the Battery, and Atlanta quick drives.
You’ll enjoy a private suite with your own entrance; the upstairs is occupied, but you’ll have total privacy. You’ll be nestled on a very family-friendly street. Because of this, this rental might not be suitable for a night shift worker who needs adequate daytime rest.
We are conveniently located near a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and entertainment options on Marietta Square. We normally choose the 15-minute walk to get there, which is perfect for this time of year!
