Amazing for a family gathering

Had a group of 15 people stay here for three days and we absolutely loved it. The house was great and everyone had an amazing time. The host was super accommodating and easy to reach with a simple check in process.

Great place to explore downtown Atlanta!

I was here for a work trip with my colleagues for a few nights and Shannon was a great host. Easy check in, house was very clean and provided us with plenty of amenities. Next time I come back in town, I am reaching back out to Shannon!

Great accommodations for large group

This home was very accommodating for our group of 8 and would be great for even more- with 8 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, our home away from home was very relaxing. The air conditioning in this home was the best we have ever experienced in any vrbo and our host Shannon does a fantastic job with communication and making sure you are taken care of.

Excellent location and layout for groups

We loved our stay at this spot. It was perfect for our group of 10. We had 8 students and 2 adults— each adult had their own room and the teens all enjoyed their own beds. Most rooms had tvs in them, the game room was also a hit with the students! Ideal location near some great restaurants and all the local area colleges.

Very clean and convenient to most attractions. Bushes on the side of the house need to be trimmed down a little bit, they scraped the side of my van when I got in and out.

Great space, location & price

This property is GREAT for large groups, we had 7 coworkers and we all got our own room. Property is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The two primary bedrooms with attached bathroom is a nice bonus. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the World Congress Center or Mercedes stadium. Property manager was welcoming and responsive.

Great location to be close to downtown.

The house is nice with lots of space for guests. Everything was clean when we arrived. Everything felt secure with alarm system and electronic locks for all entry doors. The owner is very responsive and nice. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place close to downtown with lots of space.

Company Event in ATL

My company was in town for a conference near GWCC. This property was exactly what we were looking for - a large, spacious house where we could all have our own rooms/space, but allowed us to make dinners and debrief as a team when needed. The location was close to where we needed to be (~10 minute drive at most), and quiet. Shannon was fantastic - great communication about the upcoming reservation, check-in and even through the duration of our stay. If you have a larger group, or looking for a nice quiet place that offers a welcoming and spacious environment, I would definitely recommend.

Exceptional Stay

Traveled to Atlanta with family to celebrate July 4th holiday! The home was exactly as described - this location was the best option for our group of 15 adults. Very spacious and equip to cook indoors and outdoors. We experienced a minor concern that required maintenance to come to the home. The owner was responsive and the technician resolved our concern immediately. The weekend was memorable and filled with lasting memories! 😊

5 Stars – Perfect Stay for Our Student Group!

We stayed at this property from March 26–31 with a group of 10 middle school students and 4 adult staff members while attending the Global Amazing Shake competition in Atlanta, and it could not have been a better fit. The split-level layout was ideal—it allowed us to separate male and female students by floor, and the two bathrooms on each level made mornings and evenings so much smoother.The multiple bedrooms on each floor, many with multiple beds, gave our students plenty of space to share comfortably, while still allowing each adult to have their own room and privacy—a huge bonus when traveling with a large group.The home was well-stocked with thoughtful essentials like coffee, filters, garbage bags, laundry detergent, and more—something we really appreciated with a group this size. It was clean, easy to find, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and the privacy it offered made it feel like a home away from home.The hosts were incredibly easy to work with—responsive, kind, and checked in multiple times to ensure everything was up to par. We had zero issues during our stay, and everything was exactly as described (if not better). We’re so grateful to the hosts for providing such a comfortable and well-prepared space. Highly recommend for any group or family looking to stay in the Atlanta area!

So grateful for Shannon our host and for everything her beautiful home had to offer for my large family. Home is spacious and well kept. Communication with host was easy and effective. LOVED.
