Guests will be able to access the entire house including the mother in law suite

***By booking this home, you agree to all house rules, policies, and any charges for damages or violation of house guidelines or rules***

- No parties. (If there is suspicion or report of a Party, you will be asked to leave immediately.)
- No smoking inside the home of any kind. (You will be charged $499 for the ozone cleaning service.)
- No littering in any yard. (If reported or got caught, you will be charged $99)

***GRILL NEED TO KNOW***

Use of grill extra charge fee: $49 per stay(optional)

- If the grill is left dirty after use, you will be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee.

Guests need written permission to use the grill at least 7 days prior to check-in. Please bear in mind that cleaning the grill will be the guests' responsibility. We want to be consistent in providing our guests a 5-star experience. Thank you!
