My Host did great at responding to me very quickly, my unit was very clean and set up nicely for me, I liked that they had 24 hour desk attendants at the entry way. Great stay overall, I will book this location again.

Was standing in 40 degree weather for over an hr with no response from anyone with the access code. Hotels.com was amazing in response and getting a much better option within mins after I reached out to them though.

I did not like getting my car booted for parking in the wrong empty spot. There are other ways such as charges to correct that

Please be aware that this property may be a scam. Once I arrive at the property, I showed proof of my reservation and a receipt that it had been paid for. The host insisted that they did not see it. Therefore I was not able to access the property. I am still disputing this with my bank. Also, take note. They will not answer the phone. They will only respond to text messages. The security guard at the main desk said there has been several complaints about this condo in general, stay away and save your money.
