Lovely quaint home

Wonderful Vrbo Hosting

This had to be the best place I’ve ever stayed in. The property management made our stay so welcoming and we literally felt as if it were our home. Little to no issues during our stay and GREAT customer service when communicating with the property managers. The neighborhood wasn’t bad at all. Very quiet neighbors and no trouble when accessing/exiting the home. 10/10 I would highly recommend this property for the perfect vacation or staycation

Very Nice!

The home was very lovely and accommodated our needs. The house in a very woodsy area so cellular connection was low at times. There were remnants of pet hair but nothing unmanaged. The home smelled and was very clean otherwise; they left little toiletries for our perusal which we appreciated. They also left out snacks and waters I the fridge which was very nice! Overall, I would 100% stay again!

The only issue we had was both toilets clogged up and would not flush. One of the toilets clogged up within the first hour of being there. The second toilet clogged up the last day there. There are some plumbing issues that should be looked at immediately. Other than the toilets, everything was amazing. The location was quiet, the house was clean, and we had fun during our stay. I would definitely book this house again.

GirLS Weekend Getaway

A group of us decided to take a few days to getaway, relax, laugh and shop and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location was a little less than desirable, as there are several vacant and demolished homes in the area. The home directly across the street had some old mattresses in the front of the house which was not pleasant to see but other than that it was a very quiet neighborhood. In spite of losing power a couple of times due to a storm in the area, the property was EXACTLY as pictured. It was very nice and clean and had most of the necessities a group would need. The property owner was very responsive and provided feedback in a timely manner, which was greatly appreciated. I would stay here again and recommend this property to others. The entire experience from booking to check-out was very good.

Long weekend trip

Stayed for a long weekend for our kids competition. House was immaculate, everything was spotless and operational. Had everything you’d need for cooking, plenty of beds and room to lay out bags(no dressers) and belongings, everything is updated and the home is alarmed for safety, not that you’d need it but it’s nice to know it’s there when you have kids traveling with you. It’s convenient to pretty much everything in the Atlanta area that you’d need. If we come back, we’d definitely try to book it again. Only negative is that there’s no fans. We all use one to sleep so it was an adjustment but doesn’t take away from the property and amenities.

Good stay

Property was listed accurately and stay was very nice. This was my third time staying on Villatel property and service was not the best this time around. Check in process was quite long and cumbersome to get parking passes. Then when we got to house we started cooking. The can opener was worn and we needed a new one and the house only had a small frying pan and we asked for a bigger one to accommodate our larger party. We didn’t get the can opener until over 24 hours later and were told they couldn’t find a frying pan so they brought something you’d cook pasta in. That was only gripe-customer service and response time was delayed and severely hindered our dinner plans. Beautiful home though and we enjoyed the pool and many games.

House was very nice inside and clean. Had everything one can need and use while away from home. Nice little snacks, coffee, etc. Although there was a washer and dryer I did not use it but was nice to see them. The plastic on the guest bed was uncomfortable and noisy every time rolled over. Definitely recommended using a better mattress protector. The bright lights over all the windows made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Tried every light switch to turn them off but none worked for the outside lights over all the window, so bring an eye mask

Birthday Trip

I had my eye on the property while searching for like a month for the best option to book for me and my friends. We came to ATL for my 37th birthday , I bought 6 people with me and this place just so happened to be perfect . As soon as we walked in, the smell of clean hit you. Y'all I swear it was like so nice and clean when we walked in (like hotel room clean). I slept in the office, The futon turns into a bed which was great. My friends mentioned they didn’t want to get out of bed the next morning because of comfortable they were! Don’t make the mistake over looking the laundry detergent. We bought some Tide thinking it wasn’t any, but all along it was (tide pods were in the basket above the dryer ) More than enough towels, they even had unopened mouthwash, lotion, and toothpaste (travel size) which was awesome because a couple of the girls hadn’t grabbed any during the Walmart run. My friend was inspired to cook brunch food the next morning , he had all the dishes he needed to prepare , which was another huge plus! Definitely recommend !

I have not one thing negative to say about this home, fit perfectly for my family, very clean, they leave toiletries, coffee, snacks for guess. Every Major site was within 10-15 mins. This is a great location for visiting Atlanta.
