  • 3 bedroom, 2 bath modern bungalow with 6 person hot tub, fire pit, Traegar electric grill. House is located in the quiet, transitioning Westside Atlanta neighborhood which is 5 minutes to Holmes Marta Station, Westside Park, and I-20. It is located 10 minutes to Mercedez Benz Stadium, State Farm Area, Downtown, West Midtown, and Six Flags. It is located 15-20 minutes to Midtown Atlanta, Georgia State, and Georgia Tech. There are three desks for working, ample dining space, and a kitchen perfect for putting your culinary skills to use. There are three Smart TVs and high speed internet. The back yard is fully fenced in. Note: there is no guarantee that the hot tub isn’t undergoing routine maintenance during your stay.

The location and property were perfect for our trip! The host was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions. We had our dogs with us so the fully fenced in back yard was a huge plus. The house was roomy and clean and very close to the interstate. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Convenient and Cozy

For a quick long weekend trip to Atlanta, this was a lovely choice for accomodations. Our host, Patrick was clear and full of information before hand. The house was clean and well supplied with necessities like paper goods, soaps, and coffee to make it so easy to just drop in and relax. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Very nice property

The property was very nice. Had everything we needed and our dogs loved the fenced in back yard. The jacuzzi was a definite plus especially with the freezing temperatures we had during our stay. Will definitely rebook for the future

Other than the street being a little loud, it was wonderful! The host was very responsive when we locked ourselves out (whoops!), and the house was lovely. Hot tub was great, too. Really enjoyed it!!

The spot was nice and clean but the beds were exceptional. Many times when we travel we just accept the beds will be uncomfortable but this was a pleasant surprise! All 3 rooms were used and all three people said they were so comfortable.

Good: Beds were comfy and hot tub worked. Bad: Was a little concerned about being warned of electrical wire on the driveway covered by a brick. The drive way is VERY steep and has a huge hole in the front so our vehicle scraped the bottom coming and going (parked on street during the stay because of it)Was warned to wear footwear on back porch and fenced in yard because of glass and or sharp objects?!? Guess its inside only for the kids! Killed 2 cockroaches (you're welcome).Shower curtain in master bath was moldy at the bottom.2 very distinct spots in the main kitchen area feel like you are going to fall right through the floor.

Cute house with all the necessities!

We stayed here to two nights, the house was nice and spacious and all the amenities/extras we needed. The couch was very comfortable, and the beds were also extremely comfortable and I was able to get a good nights sleep (sometimes an issue when staying in rentals). We had one minor issue that Patrick took care of quickly. Patrick was an amazing host and has excellent communication.

Good for a short stay

My friends & I stayed at this property for just a couple days. It was a great spot for us to crash once we got back from a busy day! We got locked out late one night & the host was very responsive & helpful in getting us back inside. The property wasn’t the cleanest, but we didn’t spend a ton of time there, so it wasn’t a huge issue to us. The surrounding area I felt was typical for Atlanta, but we felt safe in the house itself. Overall, it was a good experience!

Perfect size and comfy beds. Great kitchen and owner responded right away with all my questions. Wasnt too sure about this neighborhood though, lots of people just wandering the streets. Hot tub was great. Wish owner had actual coffee mugs, cermanic plates and glasses. Overall good stay.

Charming house in the middle of the action

We loved our stay at this house! The beds were comfy, the house was perfect. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The master bath had a large shower and king bed suite, almost like a separate apartment. The owner messaged us during our stay to be sure we did not need anything. It is centrally located and close to shopping and food. Thank you for allowing us to visit your property.

Worked for what we needed

Came to atlanta for a few days from NC to watch a soccer game and do all the other touristy things. We weren't familiar with the area so we trusted the house was in a decent location. The house was decent and had all we needed for our short stay. Communication with the owner was great but the house location is awful. It would have been nice to been given a heads up that this house is in the middle of the ghetto. Thank God for the security system bc otherwise we wouldn't have slept a wink. This house is literally in the middle of the hood, so if you are ok with that, then this is the house for you!! But we survived and still had a good trip despite the location. Enjoy!!

Beautiful & Cozy

I traveled to ATL for a family event and contacted the host prior to booking to make see the distance between the home and my family. It was a bit of a commute but I’m use to it. When we arrived the home sits on an incline, not use to that but it was fine because the host described the homes location and parking arrangements to a T. He also provided clear and easy instructions to access the home and all its amenities. Due to GA’s recent snow, the home was nice and worm when we arrived we had no reason to change the thermostat during our stay. The home was so beautiful inside and out, I would definitely book again on my next GA visit

Close to Amenities

This house was okay. The house is about 15-20 minutes from most popular things to do in Atlanta so the overall distance to things is nice. The house-owner provided detailed check-in and out instructions which I appreciate, and it addressed some of the oddities and how to work with them. The house is very spacious and all appliances that we used were working. There are children-appropriate games to play and some utensils/cookware to use. The hot tub stays hot and the jets/lights work. There was hair and dirt on the bathroom walls/counters and in drawers, and there were a few children's socks in drawers and in the couch. The bunkbed ladder was missing bolts so that felt unsafe to use. Some of the dishes were put back in the cabinet dirty as well, but we were able to clean them with the provided cleaning items. Additionally, no fault to the house-owner, but our first night there included multiple gunshots only a few houses away.
