It was peaceful and comfortable. We Was unsure at first but definitely was a vibe and had no problems. Just watch out for the step at the living room and kitchen lol.
Very secure. Lots of lighting in area. Close to stadium. We took lift rides to city 8.00 a ride. Very nice place rooms and bed was comfortable. Off street parking behind house with locked gate.
We headed to Atlanta to see Manchester City play at Mercedes. The walk was only 10 minutes. It was fantastic! We couldn't believe that you could have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in the house but you can and it was great. Fenced in back yard is great for your car but super tricky. I have a civic and it was interesting making the turn to get in and out but still a great feature.
I was disappointed that there were 2-3 foot weeds on the steps leading up to the front door. Also, the parking instructions were not sent out with the address and check in instructions, so that caused a bit of a delay. There is off-street parking but you need to be comfortable backing in your vehicle or have a very tight turn radius. We did make it work with our minivan! The house has been refurbished quite a lot on the inside. There are areas where the new vinyl planking has buckled because the floor underneath is not level or firm. The floor in one bedroom is super slanted, enough that you feel it when laying in bed. But the price is right and everything was as advertised. It was a comfortable place for our family to unwind after a day of sightseeing!
There was no heat in the house there was a toilet seat missing out of one of the bathrooms the couches were dirty the knobs in the bathroom. I need a refund
This how did what we needed. In town for tournament and it was convenient to the GWCC. Walking distance to conference center. Host was very responsive when we locked ourselves out and we were back inside within 5 minutes.
The beds are ok and that is only good part. I know the location was iffy but the renovated house is terrible. The floor in the kitchen has a lip and a major trip hazard. The blinds only particularly work and we had to call to get in as the keypad did not work. The general finish on the house likes like a crappy DIY job or some crappy contractor s. I will never stay here. Probably never book with VRBO either as they don’t care either
The stay was not good and very uncomfortable. The AC was set to 80 when we arrived and we were only able to get it down to 77 the entire stay. The parking was not good at all and it was super hard to get into the space behind the house. We now have a dent in our car because of it. On top of this, the sink in the kitchen smelled and so did the back bathroom. The shower leaked and left a puddle when showering. The beds moved and were uncomfortable. And the house itself just looked different in the booking. 0/10, will not be booking again.

Rough neighborhood, rougher place to stay
Overall I get it, Downtown ATL is not the suburbs, but being greeted with the front window having a bullet hole was not where I wanted to stay with my 9 year old. the front porch was a little rough, but the back stairs were a nightmare. My aunt stayed with us, she is certified trainer and runs marathons, she walked around the house instead of using the stairs as the rails were barely secured to the steps. My mom is in property management and I've personally remodeled houses, so we all spend all weekend spotting and tripping over half baked repairs and literal holes in the floor covered by a rug in the bathroom. On the upside, the bullet hole in the window either originated from inside, or they did go through the trouble to fix the wall at least, we never did find the bullets final resting place so that was at least partially done well.this place served its purpose, and none of us got mugged or treated poorly, but the saving is not worth the lack of safety. I could see this being really dangerous for people who aren't sober too even inside the house.
