​Separation: To ensure mutual privacy, the ADU has its own driveway and entrance.

​- Liability: The host is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside the home.

We welcome Amazon, UPS, and FedEx package deliveries. However, USPS letter mail and mail forwarding are not permitted at this address. For personal or legal mail, we recommend a "Hold for Pickup" service or a local PO Box/UPS Store.
