They wouldn't return my money and wouldn't let me stay for the second night that i paid for because my friend didn't have his ID with him. They said that was breaking a rule so we had to leave

This property is very wacky. I had made a deposit with a credit card. Somehow it changed in their system to a cash deposit. We had already checked out the property so it was very inconvenient to have to go back and get the deposit in cash form. Even though I had a receipt from them confirming it was a credit card deposit. The management was very un helpful. And the fact they can’t check their credit card charge history is scary. I hope my info isn’t stolen.

We're sorry you were unhappy with your stayed. Deposit is taken out as cash and put back in room when you have more than one reservation. This can cause to look like it was paid as cash in system. We're sorry this causes an inconvenience.
The office staff and Manager Erica was rude! There are roaches in the room. And the housekeeping staff don't speak English, making it difficult to get the things you need. I don't recommend staying there.

If you’re traveling for work do not stay here. There's no high speed wifi for conferencing or a coffee maker or ironing boards for your slacks etc. This appears to be a long term renter location which is fine but it's not an ideal room if you need high speed internet for video conferencing or to make coffee or iron anything. The room included a fridge and microwave which is nice and had ample electric plugs for charging your devices. The front desk was polite and helpful. Overall great for a family or fun but not for work.

I tried them again smelled heavy of chemicals and mold the ceiling is peeling,in the room it feels depressing with how horrible the lighting is

So first time here and there was a super strong chemical smell in room, it lasted through the night and was still there in the morning. The room was clean, but had super poor lighting for the size of the room.

Plumbing was very slow, was surprised that it didn’t back up and overflow, very very outdated bedding. Only one light in bed area, cable wire was disconnected, no tv remote. Lukewarm water… still haven’t recovered my deposit refund.

Well, don't believe everything you read on the internet except this. Pros: the price was OK. The cons: location, the smell inside was awful, the rooms are very loud, tv's are about the size of phones, beds hurt, people walking around the parking lot all night...
