"Although there are some signs this resort is a little tired, our families’ experience this year was exceptional! José, at the front desk went out of his way to welcome us and accommodate early check-in’s. The rooms were very clean and the waterslides, pools and hot tubs were working and closely monitored. We will return!"
"We recently stayed at this cabin and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the cabin is charming and very well-stocked with everything you could need. The view of the lake is breathtaking, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub—it was clean and incredibly relaxing. The cabin also had a great selection of board and card games, which added to the fun of our stay. However, we did encounter a few cleanliness issues. When we arrived for check-in, the cleaners were still on-site. They requested more time, but unfortunately, it seemed like not much had been done. We found dirty bathrooms, unclean toilets, dirty laundry left behind from previous guests, and old meat leftover in the fridge. Both the fridge and freezer had not been cleaned and were in need of attention. Additionally, just below the steps leading to the property, there were at least 10 piles of dog waste that hadn’t been picked up.Overall, this cabin has so much potential and many wonderful features. With more attention to cleanliness, it could easily be a fantastic place to stay."
