In the heart of the Champagne region, between the Côte-Des-Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, La Maison des Roses is located in the charming village of Athis, between Epernay (15kms), Châlons-en-Champagne (20kms) and Reims (20kms).

Ideal for discovering the riches of the Champagne Vineyards (Champagne cellars, museum...) less than 10 minutes from the prestigious Avenue de Champagne as well as the discovery of nature, Walk from the cottage not far from the Marne and the cycle route for the more sporty.

The cottage has a large garden (unfenced) open to the surrounding countryside and a large car park.

The house is entirely on one level and has a large living room with living room (sofa bed for 2 people), dining room (with pellet stove) and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment and utensils. You also have an office space.

You will also discover the 3 double bedrooms:

- 1 bedroom with a double bed in 160
- 1 bedroom with a double bed in 160
- 1 bedroom with single beds in 80 (which can be joined together to make a bed in 160, on request at the time of booking).

A bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet completes the cottage.

For children, a switch is provided by the owners.
For your comfort, the rental rate includes sheets (beds made on arrival) and utilities.

The cleaning fee is €60 (mandatory).
