"This was a lovely and comfortable place to stay. The bed is very comfortable, the bedroom, very quiet, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed."

"Awesome property and beautifully decorated."

"It was a great place to stay! Roomy, easy check-in, and clean! Great for couples or small families! Close to Kern Bakery that has a lot of food options! Also a quick walk across the bridge to UTK!"

"Spacious house with comfy beds, large kitchen, and wonderful touches throughout. Very responsive host."

"We were visiting Knoxville for a family wedding. The VRBO was conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. There was a wonderful cooperative market down the street. Although it was on street parking, we easily found a place right across the street from the property. The host was also responsive when texted a question, there was an answer in minutes. We enjoyed our stay and were only sorry it could not have been longer. The Pestellos"
