Very convenient location to all things UGA.

Gated parking was a plus, unit is roomy and well laid out. Convenient location, it met our needs. ( 3 adults). it is in an older condominium that has what appears to be a recent remodel.

UGA Downtown Super Convenient Location

Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it.

This property was filthy, had many broken items-one being a major safety hazard. Many cockroaches at night. I would not stay here

Unit needs work

Somewhat disappointed with our stay. There were parts of the unit, the bathroom in particular that were not clean. The furniture in the living room is old. The queen bed sank to the middle and made a creaking sound with every movement while sleeping. The until needs a fresh coat of paint to cover the many stains and markings on the wall. Kitchen was fairly nice but there were dead bugs on the floor and a live cockroach in the kitchen sink. I understand you cannot prevent all bugs, especially in what looks like an older apartment complex, but between that and the lack of overall cleanliness, we did not feel we got our money's worth. I would not stay here again.
