  • Beautiful views of Lake Sinclair is what it’s all about! Enjoy lake life’s kayaking, grilling, fishing, boating and having your morning cup of Joe on the expansive wraparound patio overlooking the lake and while listening to natures music. The outside patio decks have an abundance of seating and dining for all your gatherings. There’s a Neighborhood boat launch available for guest with boats. House has Wi-Fi and all bedrooms have flat screen TVs. We have a security camera located on driveway and one facing boat dock. We value your privacy and safety. There’s a new Publix grocery and Walmart in Milledgeville aprox. 30 min drive to town. Visit the historic district area where the beautiful Victorian homes line the street by the downtown colleges.
